“Finding my soul mate was never something I expected. Love can happen in a blink of an eye and take you for a dizzying whirlwind ride with no control. My future wife is my heart and soul and I wanted an engagement ring that was as special and unique as her. I did some research and found Custommade. From the very beginning the staff was extremely attentive and caring to my needs. They took my thoughts and concept in which they created a ring beyond my expectations! The entire process was extremely easy as well. Responses were quick and immediately felt that my needs were just important to Custommade as they were to me. What completely shocked me was that after final payment, the ring was in my possession in the most beautiful ring boxes in less than 24 hours! To the staff at Custommade, you didn't just create me a ring. You gave me the beginning to the story I get to share with my wife that will last a lifetime. Words can not express what you gave me.”

“From start to finish Custom Made was in constant contact with me and saw my vision for the ring we designed. I say "we" because I really felt like I was a part of the process. We made changes along the way, which went smoothly. Most importantly, my fiance was ecstatic over the finished product. I showed her all my correspondence with Custom Made and it really blew her away. It was something I didn't factor into the equation. Her appreciation for the details made the proposal even more romantic.”

“CustomMade was truly a custom experience. Each specialist who got in touch was respectful and so accommodating. Any question I had they answered happily, and they kept me in the loop during all phases of production. The best part was I was quite nervous to send through random pictures, none of which were what I wanted for the ring, but they took everything and put it all together into my Custom design. We have been so happy with the result for the engagement ring, and truly special that my partner and I got to design it together. We will definitely be going back for wedding bands and future projects. Thank you CM team 🥰”

“I’m so glad I found CustomMade! The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable and excited to help turn my ideas into a finished product. The design team helped me come up with custom sentimental ideas that really made it special. The 3D modeling artist was incredibly patient and willing to draw and redraw the ring as many times as it took to get it perfect. And of course, the design was executed perfectly into a final product! I was handed all of the options related to my design idea and given honest, unbiased information on each topic to help me decide the best materials and designs. “Cannot put into words how incredible it was to work with this team. I cannot imagine any other way to ever go through this process. It’s a nerve racking emotional and magical time selecting an engagement ring and the experts you deal with here take you through every step of the way as if it was their own. It was the most personal magical amazing shopping experience i’ve ever had. Transparent, crazy fun, and super on point at every stage. Also , she said yes !”

“I first discovered Custom Made via an online search for a jeweler that could bring to life my vision for a class ring that no other jeweler in the world could ostensibly produce. From start to finish, CM conducted an extensive and meticulous production of the gold piece I had in mind. Nicholas provided an attentive introduction to the project, Joanna bore with me through my two-month long 3D design modifications and renderings, and Nix saw me through casting and the hand-finished touches by the third month. All CM jewelers treated my project with the utmost candor and professionalism, even when having to iron out the complex intricacies of my rare design and lettering requests. They all communicated regularly throughout the designing and production stages as well as when any delays occurred. They displayed true industry craftsmanship and grappled with my prolonged series of design modifications to align the masterpiece with my vision. Overnight shipping of the final piece was delayed a day due to FedEx constraints and likely the pandemic but was not CM's fault at all! There was only one very minor aberration in some text alignment of the lettering of the final product but was not at all a major aesthetic issue due to the complex lettering on my ring and subsequent space constraints. Overall, CM produced an enchanting and MAGNIFICENT gold class ring that I will treasure for the rest of my life! I highly recommend CM, which will certainly be in the forefront of my mind for future relishable milestones!”

They've kept in touch throughout the whole process, explained every detail of it, answered all of my questions, were incredibly cordial and diligent with their quality assurance... the list goes on and on. “Could not be happier with our rings. From start to finish the team at customMade we're there for all questions we had. I will say to any potential customers, good craftsmanship is not cheap and cheap craftsmanship is not good!! Remember that, we wanted a one-of-a-kind design and we paid a fair price for it but we got exactly what we asked for.”

“The process of designing my ring was quick and easy. CustomMade is a good place to design your ring, even if you know little about the technical details such as metal hardness. The staff at CustomMade have info sheets on common topics, and answers for any specific questions. It's been said that there is no such thing as a stupid question. While I am not sure that is true, the staff at CustomMade never made me feel as if I asked a stupid question, even though I might have.”
