“When I started looking for an engagement ring I very quickly decided that I wanted to do something custom for my lady because well she deserved something as unique as she is. I must have spent hours talking with several different companies on what their process was what I could expect and a cost estimate. None that I found ensured joy. Enter CustomMade. From the start my consultation Lulu was very courteous and it was obvious she wanted to make sure I was taken care of and seemed to take a personal interest in my design. I must have gone back and forth with Lulu (and her with the artists) 100 times with the design and at no point did I feel any pressure to try to expedite the process or stop when it was “good enough.” CustomMade simply will not stop working and reworking the design until it’s perfect l. Even when I needed to make a last minute change to the main stone, they handled it immediately and made the changes I needed no questions asked. And the final result absolutely was PERFECT. I’m so glad I stumbled upon CustomMade and my Fiancé is too!”

“The people at CustomMade were always available to answer questions and incorporate the various ideas I had for my piece. Through each step of the process; from the initial consultation, to design concepts, and final forging of the ring; there was a professional (skilled in their particular area) that would personally talk to me and help me find the right stones, designs, and prices for my ring. Even though I'm a college student with a small budget, they were able to make a quality piece that met all my wishes for around $1000. I can't wait to see the look on my girlfriend's face when she sees the ring CustomMade helped me make.”

“Great process start to finish. Very informative on all aspects. Fantastic attention to detail and extremely easy to communicate with everyone. Even when FedEx lost the package, just contacted them and they made another free of charge and expedited it. Will definitely use them again!!”

“From start to finish CustomMade was absolutely stellar. I interacted with 3 different representatives over the course of the design process, each one as knowledgable and professional as they come. “The entire process was very painless and the consultants were very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. They were willing to work with me and my admittedly tight timeline, and were able to deliver not only early, but an amazing product. I currently do not want to post pictures or videos as I have not proposed yet and don't want to reveal it yet!”

“Almost everyone that I have dealt with has been very helpful and professional in their approach. No one was “pushy”, which is something that I, personally, appreciate. My only negative point was that my ring came unfinished according to my plan. When I told them they quickly sent a label for return to fix their mistake; however, they would NOT send a pickup to my home and even though it was their mistake, I had to take the ring to the delivery service. I have received the finished ring and it is beautiful.”

“CustomMade made the entire process of finding the right engagement ring for me so much easier, because it didn't exist until we designed it and they created it. I was worried I'd have to go to a local jeweler to pick something pre-made from a rack. Everyone here was knowledgeable and courteous and so incredibly helpful that I can't imagine what others go through at a pre-made jeweler. From the drawing board to her finger, the entire experience was so effortless and amazing and they even used a stone from an heirloom ring in my design! Now I have a one-of-a-kind fiancé and she has a one-of-a-kind ring thats she's absolutely in love with!”

“I was extremely impressed and happy about my experience with CustomMade. From start to finish, my production and design consultants/team were super organized, supportive and engaged in my project. I was super impressed by how active the team was in responding and updating me about every step in the process. My team worked with me for about 3 months to perfect and bring my unique piece to life. Despite not knowing exactly what I wanted to begin with, they guided me through the process. It can be very hard sometimes to trust to do custom work via a website/ online but CustomMade made it very personalized and I felt very connected with the people working on my piece. They were very open to any changes I requested with my piece and overall just made me feel comfortable with the whole process each step of the way! I would recommend anyone interested in creating a unique and quality piece of jewelry to work with this team.”
