“Custommade made the entire engagement ring shopping and creation smooth, efficient, and completely stress free. The team ensured that my custom ring was absolutely perfect given the specifications I provided and kept me informed every step of the way. The payment process being split into three separate payments was a fantastic option in case One did not have the entire cost upfront. The team was amazingly informative and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“Overall, my experience with CustomMade in making a custom signet ring was very positive. There was plenty of communication from the very beginning with reaching out to discuss the design, the draft, the mold, through production and shipment. The only slight aspect I would say could be improved is from design to the model, I had to rediscuss the idea and address aspects of the design I had addressed in the step before (centering and what aspects were more important). Otherwise, I love the final product and think this is an excellent company to work with. I will certainly be reaching out to them again for work.”

“I love Custom Made!! The people that I worked with on my two necklaces,were very helpful and answered all my questions sometimes even adding pictures to help me visualize. I was informed every step of the way. The necklaces were a hit and I could not be happier. I will definitely use again”

“Customade made 2 rings for me and they were just as i designed them , communication was great , they keep you in the making process the whole time.I recommend spending plenty of time on your design so as to get what you really want and the process doesnt take long. The quality of work is outstanding in fact im thinking of altering a third ring , im very satisfied and suggest customade for your projects , and im not getting paid to say this nor do i work here.”

“From start to finish the CustomMade customer service has been amazing. They give timely responses and were able to work with me to create the perfect engagement ring. The user interface on the website is very easy to use and perfect for someone that has no idea where to start. The process is well laid out and intuitive with the help of a real person who can walk you through everything. As for the cost, you are paying for a custom ring at retail prices. You can't get any better than that. And the most important part is the ring. It came out perfect, not a single flaw and even came in a beautiful box. I cant recommend CustomMade enough!”

“When most people shop for something as special as a ring for their loved ones. There are a few things they take into consideration. “How can I make something that evokes the right feeling while still being cost effective”. Or “how much effort will be conveyed in this piece of material to show my love for you.” CustomMade really hit every mark that I was looking for. They had more than enough resources to help me get a ring I can feel proud to present. With their welcoming and professional staff. There is no limit to the beauty one can create with their aid.”
