“I entrusted my husband’s custom signet ring to be crafted by CustomMade and I must tell you they did not disappoint. I immediately contacted the company which assigned me my very own jewelry expert/consultant which communicated with me through a secure website. My husband designed the ring and those very sketches, I sent directly to the consultant. Base on those sketches, a draft was sent to me and the ring was exactly as drawn. After a few tweaks, I approved the design. During the crafting of the ring, I was updated every step of the way from when the mold had been completed to when the design was being hand crafted. When we received the ring, we were in awe. I could not believe all the Intricate detailing.This ring could not have come out any better and I know this because before CustomMade, I sent over the same sketches of the ring to another ring company and the finally design they provided were terrible. Needless to say they were unable to make the design 3D. We thank CustomMade for this beautiful piece and because of them, this ring will be in our family for generations to come and will be passed down to our son.”

Anything that I wanted they were able to create and were always more than happy to make any changes to fit my vision. “We designed my dream ring and took the design from concept to finished product. The finished product looked absolutely nothing like the sketches or renders; in fact, it was an unmitigated disaster. With no option to refund my purchase they were only willing to start again and try to make another design. We are satisfied with the finished second design. But I did not enjoy being forced to use them after they failed the first design. Would not use them again in light of the full experience and would not recommend custom-designed jewelry to a friend.”

“Everyone I worked with at customMade was unendingly patient and unfailingly kind. They were always quick to respond and were very easy to work with even for a person with absolutely no experience and little direction like myself. “Best customer service I've ever had on an online purchase. The whole team is really there for you and the delays are respected as much as it is possible for them. They let nothing but perfection leave their premices. Would recommend for anyone with any jewelry project. 5 stars is too low of a rate for their service and products I would gladly give them 10 out of 5.”

“I wanted to surprise my son by getting a necklace made from a drawing he made years ago. It was a very easy process, just letting them know what I wanted and they replied quickly. Throughout the whole process, I received lots of updates and I really appreciated the excellent communication as they progressed through the steps, letting me know what they were doing and was would happen next. The final product is beautiful and was sent right away. My son was very surprised and loved the necklace; he said it was the best gift he has received in years, which warms a mother´s heart, of course. And it is all because of the excellent service and workmanship of Custom Made.”

“Super professional, responsive, honest, and fun company to work with. I had so much fun designing my dream ring and had step by step help staying within my budget. I love the education that was provided throughout the process to make sure that I was making the best decisions regarding materials and design. My team was always available to me, even on the weekends, which was also a nice perk. We ran into a few issues that caused delays, but the team from custom made kept me in the loop and they were very honest during the process. I'm so happy with my beautiful ring! Highly recommend!”
