“Custom Made was amazing to work with. I had a few conceptual ideas for my fiancée’s engagement ring and they were able to incorporate my ideas with no problem. They worked very closely with me throughout the whole process. I also had a matching wedding band made and both rings turned out perfectly. My fiancée is still obsessed with her ring 9 months later!”

“Can't find the right engagement ring? Struggling to pick the right anniversary gift? Custom Made is the only place to go!! Their amazing craftsmanship and awesome customer service made the process of creating an engagement ring fun and super easy! “Absolutely brilliant amounts of patience. I took so long getting payments sorted thanks to covid and various surgeries. Thankfully the team at custommade helped me along the way and keot everything on hold and ready until I was back on my feet and thankfully it all paid off! I'd also like to personally thank Dominic, Kash, Jackie and Nix for all the help along the way with getting the perfect ring for my partner (Now fiance obviously!) She loves the ring and me so I think we all did a great job!”

“The team was fantastic and the ring came out wonderfully. I appreciate the efficiency and flexibility they had, and provided helpful feedback and information every step of the way! They are very easy to work with and respond to messages fairly quickly. The step-wise process is very manageable too. I can't compare accurately to visiting a store in person, but I think Custommade is a wonderful option for those looking to purchase a ring online.”

“Custom Made was an internet find for myself. I simply needed some important family jewelry produced and honestly had no idea what i would be getting into. I got in touch with custom made via their web page and chat and it was off to the races. i knew immediately that i would be pleased with the staff as everything they did was exactly as they said. The process was supper easy, and they did perfectly with three exact pieces that reflected the detail of a family crest. great people and a great product that will be with us for generations to come. “I have never pursued getting any piece of jewelry, much less a ring, online. I'm not gonna lie: I was a bit leery of investing money into such a purchase with all of the scams going around these days. Still, I read a lot of reviews about Custom Made and was encouraged to proceed. One of my better decisions, it turns out. Step by step they guided me through the process. Communication: Top notch. Professionalism: First class. Final quality of the project: Fabulous! I was thrilled to see the piece with my own eyes and I wasn't disappointed. Now I'm setting up the proper time and place to give it to my wife. She's going to be blown away! On top of all that, I got two separate emails from one of the founders of Custom Made asking for my opinion. Well here it is: Folks, for your next piece of custom jewelry, choose Custom Made.
