“It’s my second time having a custom made jewelry designed with these guys I’m super happy with both my experience and the finished piece! “The piece that CustomMade produced for me (recreating the design of a piece that was custom-designed for me in the 70s by Tiffany's) is by far superior in every way to the original. It is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. And surely the most prized piece of jewellery that I own. i can proudly see it becoming an heirloom to be treasured for years to come. The workmanship is astounding. The communication and updates with me throughout the process gave me complete confidence and the ability to be a part of the team, with the freedom to comment and suggest along the way. The finished product surpassed my greatest expectations. And I highly recommend this company to produce work that you will value for a lifetime.”

“Was very specific with requirement, that was not met. I said at the beginning I wanted a substantial ring and was prepared to pay for that. That's not what I got very lite and cheaply made.”

“When I came across the website I was sceptical.- the quality looked so good and yet it wasn't expensive. I wanted to buy a custom signet ring so I started the process. Paying the deposit I expected that by the time the full design happened the site would have added extras and I would end up paying much more or it would be a poor quality product. This wasn’t the case. The only extra payments were for an inscription that I added later in the process and the duty paid in the UK. The design wasn’t quite clear enough in the first proof and the changes I requested were made. Every step I expected a scam. There was none. They hold your hand through the process. I found finding my size a little tricky, but once I had printed the instructions to scale - I obviously got it right as the ring fits perfectly. The “face” of my ring is also the right size, the only slight thing if are looking for a negative is that I wish I had ordered a chunkier ring - I think there was an extra wide shoulder which I should have paid more attention to. However, that was on me not the site. I have a unique ring. I am delighted with it. Would I use the site again? Absolutely.”
