“Very intimate process for something that symbolizes more than I can represent myself. I was surprised at the level of creativity, patience and malleability of the design process and ended up more pleased than I could have expected. I loved the transparency and effort. My project was a 3-month learning experience and I was very well rewarded for placing my faith in what they had to offer. I hope to take what I have made working with custom made and to let it become something beyond us.”

“Working with CustomMade was amazing. Quick response. Easy explanations. Up-front cost estimates, down to the penny. Payment was easy to set up, too. The tricky part was trusting someone on the other end of the transaction without being able to see the stones and metals in person. Photo quality was great. The process from start to finish was great! Better than the first time I got a ring at a local jeweler's.”

“The communications I had with the various individuals throughout the project were always very prompt, clear, and professional, and they were very willing to work with me to adapt the rings and help create them to what I desired. Also, I chose the expedited option and was able to get the ring in about a month from the start of the process with design planning, through getting the desired diamonds, and the making and shipping processes. All in all, quite happy with my experience with CustomMade, and I believe my girlfriend will be too when she becomes my fiancé.”

“I had a fantastic educational and service experience working with CustomMade for the first time. All of the consultants involved were extremely professional and courteous and incredibly responsive, even on weekends. Communication and timeliness is above average for this company. I was impressed with the design process and how they took my ideas and ran with it, producing a beautiful one-of-a-kind, custom ring. Coming back for the bands.”

“The custom made team worked with me through each stage of the ring making process. Working with the team was like collaborating with a friend on an art piece. We went back and forth discussing changes and clarifying my vision. They helped me with parts of ring making I didn’t know about and guided me to the best decisions for my case. They also managed to make and ship the ring within a month’s time. The ring came out beautifully and because we were connected throughout the entire process it was everything I wanted and more. The team was timely, knowledgeable, accessible, and respectful. The cost of my class ring with custom made fell into the average range of class rings. However, I now have a beautiful class ring that I feel comfortable wearing everyday (which was my goal because this college ordeal is so significant).”

“Every stage of the process went quite smoothly and honestly more smoothly than I had anticipated. The design aspect only tool 3 iterations from initial description to completion. That part felt so smooth it was like the designer was in my head. I have finally received the rings and even after seeing all of the designs and mockups and even completed pictures I am amazed at how beautiful and detailed they are. They were shipped on express and very securely and safely packaged. Fantastic service with a fantastic end result. No part of the process felt like a chore.”

“CustomMade does a great job of ensuring whatever idea you have in your head for a piece is executed most efficiently and effectively. They are very thorough in getting your input for their piece-making process, from design to material to even the smallest detail finishes. As someone who doesn't have a lot of experience with jewelry, I learned a lot from them as they were very communicative about all my available options at every step. All in all, good experience and would recommend if you have a custom piece you're looking to create.”

“Custom made was great to work with they helped me with all the little details I wanted to get and even changed the plans many times for me it seemed like. The sketches were spot on to what I received in the mail. I didn't think that choosing the ring was going to be the easy part or that I was going to have such a big input on but now planning the time and place to give it to her has become the hard, not a complaint at all. I was surprised at the box the ring came with in the mail it is a nice wooden box that holds the ring, very sharp looking. Thank you to the whole team at Custom Made”

“I had been searching for a place to help make a ring, something special and custom for my proposal. This is the place. Absolutely wonderful customer service and care. The communication was key and very vast responses. True detail and care was taken for my project and it turned out to be a gorgeous piece of custom art. I would highly recommend Custom Made to anyone and have already recommended them to a couple of personal friends.
