“CustomMade does great work! I approached them with a design for an FFXIV-based signet ring with Bahamut's wings on the face - they were wonderful all through the design phase and production of the piece. Very communicative, easy to work with, and the finished piece was BEAUTIFUL. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a custom piece to use CustomMade.”

“Tenth Wedding Anniversary Rings Our wedding rings each have a different center gem. One is green tsavolite. One is pink sapphire. We wanted a unique design incorporating elements of our wedding rings for our ten anniversary rings. CustomMade was available to our unique anniversary rings. We envision the rings having two hands holding a heart shaped gem insert. The hands showed us joined together forever. The heart represented our endless love for each other. A tsavolite and pink sapphire were cut into a heart shaped stone. The two hearts were cut in half with half of each gem inserted in each ring. Each 14k white gold ring was etched with a welsh phrase spoken at our wedding. CustomMade provided us with sketches, digital graphics and photos of each step in the process. As we saw our dream came together we were tweaked the design as process continued. CustomMade was always happy make our changes. Replies to our messages was prompt and courteous. CustomMade made our dream come true.”

“I was nervous at first of course, buying an engagement ring online. The team was very helpful though every step of the way. During each phase of the development each person was readily available to answer any questions I had and to put my mind at ease. The entire experience was very informative and pleasant. I know things now about jewelry and all that it entails in making it that I had never known before!!”

“I bought my college class ring for my 50th birthday. It is something I wanted for a very long time, and I was inspired by the process at Custom Made where each piece is just that, custom made. I was able to select options of literally each aspect of the ring. The responsiveness of the team was excellent, and my ring arrived over a week ahead of schedule!”

“The company kept me informed every step. I had frequent interaction with staff guiding me through the phases of my project. They were very informative regarding the processes and conveying the pros and cons of different styles such as oxidation. I felt as though they were truly interested in creating the perfect piece that met my specifications. I will be using CustomMade for each and every specialty piece. I am so thankful for finding this company. Even with only a month until Christmas they were able to create my piece and have it delivered on Christmas Eve! “I honestly thought when I looked up custom jewelry I would get no results. I was more than thrilled when custom made popped up on my results. I wrote to them asking if what I was wanting was possible. To my surprise OMG it WAS possible!!! They wrote to me EVERY step of the way. If I had a question BOOM a response almost immediately! NEVER have I dealt with a business that if I had a question at 2am I would almost get a response immediately. Im telling you if you want a BEAUTIFUL custom made piece of jewelry, a business that answers every question almost immediately, and keeps you up to date on EVERY step of the way CUSTOM MADE IS the way to go! “With my ring I was incredibly meticulous about imagery and detail to create the vision I had in my head and Custommade.com was 110% on board for every step and minor tweak I had. They layed out tons of options and explained every one on all the ways we could bring my design to life. I'm currently getting it resized, which has been hassle free and they handle it with all the care and security you'd want. The resizing is for me not taking into account finger swelling that comes and goes due to diet/manual labor/warmer temperatures when I submitted my ring size originally.”

My consultant, Pauline, was with me every step of the way to help guide me and make sure everything went seamlessly - always readily responsive with options for the answers to my questions! The ring itself is beautiful and was designed by an art team that was willing to make adjustments until it was the flawless ring I had envisioned! If you are looking for a company that will treat you like you are their only customer and makes everything so easy, use CustomMade! I would not only recommend them, I would insist on it!”

“I wanted to get a ring made to commemorate a recent achievement in my life, and I wanted it to be representative of my personal interests and passions. I wanted my ring to have motifs from Lord Of The Rings, and fantasy elements in general, and Custom Made did an excellent job. From fine tuning the engraving on the shoulders, to making sure the stone was raised enough to be visible, they crafted an exemplary ring.”

“I was looking for a piece of jewelry I couldn't find so I started the hunt for a custom design. I stumbled across custom made and for lack of reviews I was skeptical (is this a scam) but I took a chance and am so happy I did everything was great start to finish. Constant communication and the designers listened to exactly what I wanted, it ended up costing more than I wanted to spend but it was worth every penny for a special item that will be in our family for years.”

“I came to CustomMade with no knowledge of what I was doing, but with a design I had imagined. At first there were limitations which I was unaware. but the team was very professional and worked with me to get a design that captured the essence of what I was aiming for. They were very helpful and efficient, not only that, but they made me feel like a valued customer. It was nice to see the design start from concept to 3D render to now having a polished ring that I'm more than excited to give to my future wife.”

“I was skeptical about getting an engagement ring made on here at first, but after reading hundreds of reviews I went for it and I was not disappointed. Everyone I communicated with throughout the process was excellent, but I have to give a special shout-out to Ira who would respond in minutes even at odd times of night and was able to take lots of different vague ideas I had to the sketch artist who did an amazing job of putting them together into gorgeous rings. Ira was so patient as we went back and forth deciding which design elements were right for the ring and communicated very clearly at every step. When it got to diamond selection, I was blown away by the quality of diamond we were able to get for the price. It is a lab-grown diamond, but even so it was the most competitive price I have seen on the internet for the quality and size. The 3D design phase really helped to put the sketch into reality, and allowed us to visualize the exact final ring we wanted (again, the team was very flexible in going back and forth with small design changes). The transition from design to build is the only place where I sometimes felt confused by certain choices and like I was advocating for myself a bit more than before. When the final design was done, I had a question about additional polishing and was told to see the ring in person and send it back for free if we still had issues. While we love the ring and did not send it back, I would have preferred to hear either that they would take care of it before shipment or that nothing more could be done if that were the case. It seemed odd to say we’ll fix any problems only after you see it in person, adding time and inconvenience to the process, especially acknowledging how much money was spent on it. However this was a tiny nitpick in an overall wonderful process and I would recommend this service to anyone who is not in a particular rush, as the overall project did take about 4 months to complete. We are so happy with how it turned out and Sara is completely in love with this ring!!!”
