“[TLDR]I really can recomend CustomMade enough. Let me explain. I dont write reviews, for anything! but for CM I was more than happy to do so, TWICE!!!!. I appraoched them wiht a project that had more meaning to me than is easy to express, but lets say I reached a crossroads in my life. I'd recently lost my dad, my dog and my wife (shes still alive, but shes lost to me) and was about to head out on, what for me was a huge adventure. I wanted someting that would commemorate my family, my present and my future. And by God did they suceed. The design process was a joy with no change being too difficult or to small for them to implement. Every step of the way they showed me the changes, the process and what the finished product would look like. Finally it arrived, it was stunning, beautiful, everything I wanted and more... in fact a lot more! You see the only problem with the ring was during the initial process of selecting the design, I had clicked OVERSIZED ( full 22mm crest). Now I'm a big guy but this was huge, way too big, there was no way I would ever wear it. Then Carla got in touch, just your (not-so) usual after delivery check in. I told her the truth and she said "give me a day or two to see what we can do" Now I'm not suggesting you do this, get it right the first time! But when Carla got back and said they would re-cast the ring at no extra charge, I was both shocked and delighted in equal measure. They now have the ring, and have started the recasting and I cant wait to see the final product. I really can't recomend the team enough, and if it's a truely unique, personalised piece you're looking for, you wont get much better”

“She loves it. Her diamond outshines others. It sparkles in the night under the moon. The gold band came in the perfect size. Her ring made her face light up and tears come from her eyes. It is perfect.”

“I had both my engagement ring and my wedding band made exactly to my designs in less time than any other jeweler! Prices were extremely fair and the team was always understanding and ready to help with adjustments to the designs and always very transparent about pricing adjustments due to design changes.”

“This was a fantastic process super easy and simple. They walked you through many of the steps when buying a ring. I loved how they took the time to design the rings and even made all the little adjustments I wanted! My ring came out perfect and I couldn't have asked for better service!”

“A great experience! It was really cool to have so many people involved in creating such a special piece for my fiance. There were a couple of production snags, but the team was very good at communicating next steps and holding pretty true to the original project timeline. At the end of the day, I would 100% recommend this company to any and all who need their service!”

“A review is certainly appropriate for CustomMade. The entire experience from the beginning with the people I worked with was wonderful! This company knows what the meaning of "customer service" is and works diligently and closely with the customer to design and produce a great product to their expectations. I had gone to several other custom jewelers with my ideas but it seemed nobody was truly listening to me, they all had their own ideas of what I wanted! In the end I did an internet search and read a few reviews about CustomMade and decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. The design, implementation, production was superb and the end result is truly a 'one of a kind' heritage piece for a member of my family. Each and every step of the way I was pleased and the project cost was more than reasonable. Will I speak about CustomMade favorably to family and friends in the future? You bet I will! And I am already designing in my mind another ring...for myself...that will be unique and special and something that I can pass down in my family as a heirloom. Top notch company, people, and product! Thank you, again, CustomMade!”

“I discovered Custom Made while I was shopping for a Signet Ring for my husband as a 25th wedding anniversary gift. After reading several reviews I reached out and started the process of designing the ring. From start to finish, the representatives, Jerrold, Angela, and Randy, were incredibly attentive, professional, patient, and helpful with every question I had, even the ones I asked more than once, lol. The level of communication had to be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. When I presented the ring to my husband he was blown away by the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. I love that Custom Made took my ideas and brought them to life to create a piece that captured my husband’s interests and passions.”

“The entire team is so helpful i cant gegin to put into words how awesome, helpful, and understanding they are. They helped me through the entire process, and as someoone who never really learned the process before hand it really helped me out, and offered so many awesome styles that made it hard to choose which one i loved the most. Also the the delivery time was incredible!!!!”

“CustomMade were extremely helpful in guiding me through the entire process of creating my engagement ring. Everyone I had contact with was helpful and patient, and explaned everything simply at each stage. Though there was an issue when my ring was initially cast, the team reached out to me initially and said what went wrong and how they would be fixing the issue.
