“CustomMade first created my fiancée’s engagement ring. It’s a beautiful hand shaped moss agate stone accented by 2 moissanites. She LOVED it. We proceeded to get our wedding bands from here too and we were blown away! Our vision was perfectly executed and they have even more personal meaning. Not only are the rings stunning, the team members that help along the way are kind, communicative, and informative! They help your creative vision come to like. They make other jewelry, too! I recommend CustomMade to anybody and everybody.”

“I wanted a unique design for an engagement ring. It's small size 5.5 so I wasn't sure how it would come out. Well it is so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. The team there was so helpful that I can't say enough. They even agreed to send it to me at a different address because I was moving. So approximately 3 day after I asked the to send it, it arrived, it had evey certification you could want the diamond, the ring, everything. So I thank the team for all there support and help I received during this process.”

“I ordered a wedding ring for my fiancé and he is absolutely in love with it. It turned out amazing. The customer service was great. They were truly very patient with us because we didn’t have the funds right away so we had to put the project on pause for a little while but once we were able to get it going, it was like the process was never stopped and we were able to pick up right where we left off!”

“CustomMade designed and made a signet ring based on a family crest. Throughout the preproduction, production and postproduction processes, I was impressed with the updates I received and the attention to detail in the messages and accompanying renderings/photos. When the ring arrived, I spotted a tiny flaw and needed the piece resized. The company handled those issues professionally and promptly. I am delighted with my purchase!”

“From the get-go, I hae to say the professionsalism and clarity in communication from this team was simultaneously overwhelming and reassuring. The steps were clear, the expectations were upfront, and as someone that prefers quite a great deal of finesse and customization in designs I'll say that the patience with my iterations was abundant. Not only that, they were willing to simultaneously work with my envisioned design AND offer up the know-how of a seasoned professional. No upselling, no cajoling, no spamming, just people doing business in a thing that it's evident they're knowledgeable and passionate. When the ring arrived (which is gorgeous, but I haven't let my fiancee see it yet and I'm not about to spoil the moment with all you strangers), which didn't take very long, it was elegantly packaged, arrived more quickly than I'd anticipated, was everything I could have hoped for. Anyway I hate reviewing things. I'm an actual person that expects this to be the state for humanity; you tell someone that knows what they're doing what you want, and they work with you to make it happen. In this case, together we made something beautiful and lasting, and they made it EASY. There isn't a reason I wouldn't recommend this organization, other than I don't know many people and don't buy a lot of jewelry. Not sure what else to say, if you want some jewelry, these folks seem to know what they're doing!”

“We had a great experience with CustomMade. They were extremely patient with the design process, and were willing to incorporate any suggestions or feedback we had. All the members of the team we interacted with were quite responsive, never taking more than 48 hours to get back to our queries. When we expressed that we weren't fully satisfied with the finish of the initial product, they went back and re-did the finish. And the final product looked amazing!”
