“I first contacted CustomMade in June 2023 with my idea for a custom engagement ring. I live in the UK and knew I wanted a custom engagement ring and after researching whats out there I decided on CustomMade because they featured prominently on every search I conducted and had a mountain of fantastic independent reviews. From there they were nothing but professional throughout our contact, which was prolonged as I didnt actually go ahead with the project until December 2024. They happily kept the project on hold until I was ready and when I finally was ready to proceed, the production turnaround was swift and I received a beautiful engagement ring all the way over in England in January 2025! I am now engaged to my beautiful fiancé and she absolutely loves her engagement ring, I will certainly be recommending CustomMade to anyone who asks :-)”

“Extremely happy with the service. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable, giving us insights when we had questions, and patiently accommodating to all our requests. They also didn't mind in exploring numerous designs and revising over and over until I'm certain. They also take quality very seriously. During the building process, they happily address my concern and fix the piece until it is flawless. The result is a perfect piece that I envisioned, and my fiance couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!”

“When I tell you this was a good experience would be an understatement. From the get go, Jordan started me off and made me feel comfortable and ready for the next step, Barbara started the design process and she was great, que Natasha, I'm not sure where everyone is found here but they are all Top tier. Natasha especially was so patient and kind with every step of the process. Nikhil the Gem expert sources EXACTLY the Gem i was looking for and made it happen effortlessly. Pauline ended it off just right. It was an incredible experience from day 1 and would recommend to anyone moving forward with a Loved one.”

“This is the second time I have worked with Custom Made to create a one of a kind Ring that I can proudly wear. the first time was a gold signet ring and the second a silver signet ring. The team that Custom Made puts together is thoughtful and they ask the right questions to ensure they understand what you are wanting to have made into a memorable piece of art is what you want and will be proud to wear. “Working with Custom Made was delightful. Our family designed a college class signet ring for my grandson, an item that was unavailable through any commerical outlet. It contained some unique design characteristics, including the college logo on the top and a source 4 light design on one side. We began the process January 3rd and the ring was delivered to us February 12th, a pretty quick turnaround. The cost was about 30% higher than a standard college ring, but similar to what a local jeweler would charge, without the availability of our unique design. This ring was not just engraved, it was poured into a perfect mold. The staff was wonderful, they're with you throughout the entire process, with almost daily updates on your project. The production team who brought it to life was incredible. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to create something unique.”

“The rings are in really good quality. You see how much detail and attention they put into it. Communicating with the staff is really easy! Working with us through the changes and making sure we loved what we saw before proceeding! I would definitely recommend the company to all my other friends!”

“Working with the team was effortless. They were super accommodating, answered all my questions and ensured I felt no pressure. The design team managed to capture exactly what I was looking for. “The staff at Custom Made was very helpful, friendly, and had very good response time. They were able to help me come up with a great ring design that was exactly what I was hoping for. Everything from the large scale idea down to the small details was perfectly executed. Everyone that I had contact with was very enjoyable to work with and made the process go by without a hitch.
