“The pendant that was made for me was above and beyond perfect. Every detail of the pendant was spot on! This was such an easy process and they took the time to explain step by step. “The individuals at CustomMade made the process of designing and ultimately getting the engagement ring for my girlfriend super simple and easy. My project had some hangups with stone issues (not CustomMade's fault), but CustomMade made sure to communicate those issues with me and provide recommendations that helped create a truly gorgeous ring. I would highly recommend this company for any custom ring designs.”

“Although at the begining I had some doubts about purchasing a proposal ring in the United States since I am in Spain, I am absolutely in love with the result. From the first contact with them, they make me feel secure and calm. They guided me through the whole process and I was informed and asked about any possible change and improvement. I want to highlight the pacience and love they have had through the process. I am very happy with them because they achieved success in creating the ring which I had in mind. The result is atonishing. Without any doubts, I would contact them again to design any other future jewel. In Spain, there is a future bride wearing a lovely custommade-jewelery ring :)”

“I plan to propose in another month, but I will say that the ring came out amazing in my opinion. The process was great -- I was informed of every step and every detail change along the way. A+ for communication. If i wanted changes, they were made -- advice was given when I felt indecisive, and I felt very good about the entire process every step of the way after initially being hesitant to use an online jewelry service. But they are legit! Fair pricing, great communication, and I got everything I wanted and in the appropriate time frame. Would 100% recommend.”

“CustomMade was fantastic! They answered all my questions promptly and were very helpful. I requested a change during the process. They took the time to explain why that design choice is made, and suggested several edits that could be made and the repercussions of each one, allowing me to make final say. Gemstone selection was very easy. Ring design was based on all of my input. This was an overall fantastic experience!”
