“I was looking to order ring online for quite some time. Found a lot of websites but there was always sometimes not quite right. The prices, availability of stones, sometimes low quality gold, means of contact with the company. When i stumbled upon CustomMade i was quite hesitant at the beginning. It looked too good to be true. IT WAS TRUE, Believe me. They'll took care of me, stayed in constant contact. The CustomMade team was always eager to answer my questions. I knew exactly whats happening with the project at any given time. The ring was prepared quicker than i expected and shipped to Europe in 4 or 5 days. And its beautifull! I cant thank CustomMade team enough! And i WILL be back for more jewelry.”

“We had CustomMade make our family crest into a pendant necklace. They did not disappoint! I’m big on communication and follow up, I didn’t have to ask for an update at all. “This is definitely an amazing company. From my first hesitant contact to the moment I was able to hold my fiance's ring in my hand finally - everyone was kind, patient, attentive, and cared about the details. I asked for a very unusual and unique ring and they tackled it and made it beautiful! They made adjustments when I asked and seriously brought my dream to life! They even sent me the ring in a beautiful box with tips for proposing, tissues, and breath mints! So thoughtful the whole way through. I can't wait to see my fiance's shocked face when they see I was able to get them something they didn't believe was possible. Thank you CustomMade!”

“My ring is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is fantastic and they were able to bring my vision to life while minding my budget. Unmatched service. “I had an amazing experience working with the people who assisted me with the make & design of my ring for my partner. I plan to propose in November & have shown the ring to a few of our loved ones. They all think that she’ll love the ring. ❤️ I’m both excited & nervous to see her reaction to the ring, but with everything she wanted being accommodated, I’m also sure she’ll love it!
