“If you are looking for a custom ring that is well made, cared for, and cost effective, then this company is the one. They did such an amazing job working with me to create my ring, updated me constantly just to check in, and were super helpful on educating and helping me know my options. They take into account every single detail that you are wanting and work their best to integrate it into your ring! At the end of the process and when you receive your ring it actually comes in a little care package that is so cute and helpful and includes ways to care for your ring. They really do think of everything that you are going to need and do their best to provide! 10/10”

“The whole process and experience went very well! The team helped me to be able to find what worked best for my budget without sacrificing the quality of the piece. I am very grateful for the entire team and how seemless everything went. There was a small issue during production and quality testing and the team remade the piece to fix any issues! 10/10 would highly recommend”

“Having personalized attention made it super easy for me even if I didn't know much, as they always explained everything. She had no idea. I proposed yesterday and she hasn't stopped smiling, she absolutely loved how unique is her ring. We will always be super grateful with everyone who helped. Finally, it is also very encouraging how the prices are much friendlier than a traditional jewelry.”

“I was hesistant at first to work with an online custom ring dealer, but my friend Taylor referred me and it was the best decision I ever made. If you are on the fence, email Custom Made and chat through your ideas (maybe even ask for a sketch from the team!) Throughout the process, CustomMade was super kind, empathetic and warm. I told them my budget, ideal ring type, and custom requirements and they absolutely crushed it! They were really quick to return sketches, offer stunning ideas on customized touches (see the amethsyt crystals and chinese chracters!) and were 100% transparent about diamond prices, clarity, and sourcing. There are instances in life when you make a life altering decision and you immediately know it was the best decision you ever made. Well, the best decision I ever made was deciding to marry my long time girlfriend, but the second was working with CustomMade. I don’t feel the need to put this eloquently: CustomMade is the best all around vendor I've ever worked with. I've already recommended them to two family members and I will 100% work with them again! They are hands down, the absolute best. Customer Service 10/10 Ring Quality 10/10 Transportation and Delivery 10/10 100% recommend. Just do it!”

“I had no idea about how to get an engagement ring for my partner. I knew roughly what I wanted and that it would be nigh on impossible to get from an off the shelf normal jeweller. But having never had anything custom made and knowing basically nothing about jewellery I was fairly nervous. Custom made were amazing!! I came in with no expectations, just thought I would message them and see what happened and from the first online consultation and initial sketches right through to receiving my ring they were awesome. They guided me through the whole process and answered any questions I had, they were always very quick to reply and very helpful. The ring is gorgeous!!! As I said I only had a vague idea in my head of what I wanted and no idea how to make it a reality and the ring is exactly what I was thinking of in my head. I can't say enough how happy I am with it and my fiance is too!!!!!! Highly recommend Custom Made to anyone looking to have jewellery made!”
