“The response time to all my questions was extremely quick, most of the time it was within the same day. Unless of course they were looking for pieces of the puzzle we were building, then it could take a day or two. But they were always swift to tell me they were on it and that they'd get back to me. Great customer service and they care about what you want the whole way. I had questions down to the ship date and they didn't hesitate to hold up shipping to make sure that the piece passed my inspection on every aspect before shipping it. 10/10 will definitely use again.”

“I was totally satisfied with the experience I had. I was able to give details about my now fiancé and the team came up with the perfect ring options. With their support I was able to have the perfectly unique ring that my fiancé absolutely loves. Plus they worked with me on my timeline of getting all paid in parts. There was no pressure of feeling like I'd loose the project by paying at my pace. Highly recommend especially if you have a girl whoe likes unique.”

“Working with Custom Made was a great experience! The staff was helpful, I restarted my ring twice and was never meet with resistance, just friendly and knowledgeable staff. I LOVED that they helped me stay in budget and made recommendations that showed a range of options. I hope I wont need the service again but I will be recommending them to all my friends”

“Through each step of the process, every single individual I spoke with was amazing. Very understanding, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.
