“I had the best experience with CustomMade. I am absolutely blown away by the level of support, knowledge, and understanding the staff has. Emily was so amazing; walking us through the process, helping us figure out exactly what we wanted, and was so patient with us getting the payments finalized. I am absolutely blown away by the finalized ring and the level of quality in the stones. I am so grateful I chose to have my ring created through CustomMade. Update: I am engaged!! I am so thrilled to have such a beautiful piece of jewelry to wear every day!”

“Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had- I truly cannot say enough great things about Custom Made. I wanted to design a custom ring for my (now) wife, but brick and mortar stores charge insane rates for custom made jewelry. I was extremely hesitant to go through such an important and costly process completely online, but I am so glad that I did. The guidance and kindness from the Custom Made team was greatly appreciated, as the entire design process took roughly 6 months. About halfway through we had to restart the entire design from scratch due to my wife’s shifting preferences, but they seemed completely unbothered that I had wasted 2-3 months of their time. I found the center stone for the ring through another retailer, and they matched the price I had found. Once the ring was complete, it was only $10 off of my original budget goal, and they also offered to expand the time window I had to request edits free of charge (due to my proposal timeline). Truly an excellent company and an excellent team. As I said earlier I was skeptical on spending so much money through an online retailer, so once I received the ring I took it to two different brick and mortar jewelry retailers to have them verify the authenticity of the materials and check the craftsmanship. Everything was authentic and good to go, and one of the retailers went out of their way to say it was an extremely well made ring. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!”

“I never thought in a million years, I would be able to pull this off without spending hours in a jewelry store. Instead I happened to stumble upon something I didn't even THINK was legit. Upon communicating and talking with the team more and more. They held their professionalism and gently walked me through this nervous wracking experience. The team I worked with made it fun to get creative, was very understanding of all my tweaks in details, and was very informative whenever I had a question about the process. Once I received the ring, I was greeted by a very fast delivery man with a big box. I thought to myself, a big box? That's weird. I opened it up and began to tear up. They had built a kit for me to propose. There was little things I didnt even think of like breath mints, to a little cheat sheet card so I don't stumble on my words when the moment comes. Not only did they bring my ideas to life for a unique and drop dead gorgeous ring for my girlfriend, hope to be fiancé. But they provided little things for me to make this process easier and smoother for me. The team I worked with really went above and beyond. I'll forever recommend Custommade to my peers. If I need anything in the future, I know I'll be taken care of!”

“My journey searching for the right ring was difficult, as someone who loves details, care, and uniqueness it was difficult to find what I wanted. I searched for months, only finding small pieces of what I wanted. I wasn’t sure of an online custom site, and I’m very particular about where I shop from. But, I decided to take a risk, and I am glad I did! It was worth it 100 percent. Not only did they help me find a perfect ring in my price range, but every detail of what I wanted was brought to life by the professionals at custom. I do plan on coming back in the future! And I recommend anyone that wants a perfect ring for their partner (or other accessories) should come here.”

“The team I had was great, they really helped me get my vision to come to life. We worked on ways to get what I was wanting to give me the perfect ring. “I had no idea that googling “customer engagement rings” would have changed my life forever. What started as a question and a simple idea ended with the most beautiful engagement ring for my partner. I worked closely with Emily and she answered every question, relayed any changes to the artists, and shared in my excitement throughout the entire process. When my ring had shipped, I was expecting a small box. Instead, I received an entire proposal package!! Everything in this box is perfectly designed to make the most important moment of our lives unforgettable. And the ring. Is. Perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. I couldn’t have picked this ring in a jewelry store. It is the most beautiful symbol of our love and commitment to each other. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about CustomMade. I haven’t proposed yet, but when I do, I will be sending pictures to Emily, and hopefully I can be the official spokesperson for this company! LOL.”

“I’ve gone to custommade for two projects now - a custom engagement ring and wedding band. My (now) wife is particular on how she wants her jewelry to look. I shared some photos, went back and forth with the team with even the most minuscule changes until we got it exactly how she wanted it, and the final piece looked even better than she could have imagined. The team is communicative even when I’m stressed about getting the project done within a deadline. They are always friendly, and they truly don’t stop until the project is to your liking. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and the custom rings sit proudly on my wife’s finger every day now.”

“I was extremely skeptical at first when it came to working with an online company for designing the perfect engagement ring for my partner. However, everyone that I worked with through the process was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted. The two reps I worked with were very good about translating the ideas I had into tangible designs and also giving suggestions for design aspects that I wasn’t sure on! Anytime I disliked something or wanted to change something during the design process the team was super receptive and asked lots of questions to ensure I was getting what I was looking for. I think many of the bad reviews that I saw may have just had issues describing what they wanted to their designers because I normally got exactly what I was looking for as long as I was descriptive. Another thing I was skeptical about was the quality of the product but I was VERY happily surprised when I received the ring in the mail and saw how truly beautiful it was. They sent me photos prior to shipping the product out to me and when I had a question about something that looked off in one of the photos I received a beautiful follow up video of the ring to ensure that everything looked how I wanted it to. The ring itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. My opinion on the whole process that as long as you are open, honest, and not afraid to tell them what you dislike and like about the designs you will end up with the exact design you are imagining in your head. Shipping process was also really great! I was not able to receive the ring at my home for a few reasons - one being that I would be working during normal delivery hours and that I live with my spouse would I am proposing to and am trying to keep the details of the proposal as under wraps as possible. They were super helpful with answering my questions about the options of where I could ship the ring. I decided in the end to have it shipped to the UPS store but overall the shipping process was smooth and very quick. Only 3 business days! My overall experience with custommade was, honestly, super pleasant and I came out of the whole thing with a beautiful engagement ring. I can’t wait to come back to them after my proposal (where she hopefully says yes) to also design our custom wedding bands.”
