“My experience with CustomMade far exceeded anything I could have expected from an online custom jeweler. I set out to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée, and I can confidently say you don’t need to look any further than CustomMade. To start, I should mention that before beginning the ring shopping process, I knew almost nothing about the many customization options: stone cuts, settings, diamond quality, and more. Thankfully, the CustomMade website features helpful visuals and guides that walk you through all the options. It allows you to start with just a rough idea, and from there, their process helps bring your vision to life. In my mind, what truly set CustomMade apart was the outstanding communication from their team. Every representative I interacted with was professional, kind, and highly responsive. They provided detailed sketches, CAD renderings, and made revisions without hesitation whenever I requested changes. I often received same-day responses with updates or next steps, which kept me feeling confident and informed throughout the entire process. Another major highlight was their transparency around budgeting. Before any design work begins, you set your budget, which eliminates any uncertainty about cost. They offer many affordable options, like lab-grown diamonds for example, and have great policies around ring security. Even the packaging the ring arrived in was impressive and thoughtfully done. In short, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed working with the wonderful people at CustomMade. I’ve already recommended them to friends, and I’ll continue to do so. They are professional, communicative, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It felt like they truly cared about crafting the perfect ring for my fiancée and took pride in every detail. And most importantly, the ring itself is stunning. Durable, beautiful, and exactly what I envisioned. No gimmicks here folks, just top-quality craftsmanship. “My experience with Custom Made has been incredible from start to finish! I worked with Samantha who was responsive and helped me along the journey of creating the perfect engagement ring for my partner. As a person in a queer relationship, it is hard to find an engagement for a woman that is not too feminine or too masculine. Custom Made helped me design the most perfect, unique, and special ring that met all my expectations and was within my budget. They were able to meet my timeframes and made several adjustments along the way to ensure my vision for this ring stayed true to what I wanted!”

“My experience was exceptional. Thr ring i purchased and helped design was for our 25th wedding anniversary. I was very impressed from the get go with the different ring sketches provided off of my initial descriptions of what I wanted. Throughout the entire process I never felt rushed or pressured in any way shape or form. I always felt like my satisfaction was a priority. The outcome was perfect! Not only was the ring just what had wanted, it had much more impact and meaning for my wife knowing it was custom made for her from me!”

“I was really impressed with how flexible the team was. They clearly state that they're willing to make any requested changes prior to production, and they follow through on that. They were very transparent about costs and worked with me to find affordable but high-quality materials. They warned me of possible difficulties with my design, like trouble resizing a complex band. They gave me time estimates and usually beat those estimates. The whole way through, I was very impressed, and they did a fantastic job on the ring itself. Thank you for helping me design the ring that my fiancee now wears proudly every day.”

“I wanted a piece that was very delicate and seemingly difficult to get done especially if it wasn’t in person but custom made and their team are amazing and made it seem effortless to get the job done, and sure enough I have my perfect ring just as I imagined. They are easy to communicate with and what I love most is that they get it done on time and they help with advice too”

“I just received my two custom made necklaces and I am beyond thrilled! From the very beginning, they brought my vision to life with such care and attention to detail. “The team was very diligent, and highly communicative. The team truly understands the vision and wants the best results. There were many positives I loved, and I had one critique. During the design phase, there were many times where I had to repeat myself because each time there was a revision they would leave off some of the design from the previous revision.”

“Stephanie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I knew a rough idea of what I wanted however Stephanie just seemed to understand before I even did myself. I was very nervous and struggled with some of the design images to understand the concepts but Stephanie talked me through this extensively and every word of what she said was more than accurate. The final design is even more perfect that what I thought it could ever be. High quality. Perfect design and continual support. Very happy and would recommend this service to any one. Thank you!”
