“They answered every question I had along the way, giving me price options for every option possible, provided great accurate photos of what the ring would look like. Every step was great and they were very patient with me as well. The 10 yr anniversary/faith band with my birth stones turned out beautiful!”

“Custom made has completely outdone themselves. I went through weeks of design change iterations and they were always extremely patient with me. My design was extremely intricate and the detail they put in was impressive. I have never seen anything like these before and my woman absolutely loved what I proposed to her with (and presented on wedding day).”

“I recently finished a bridal piece using CustomMade that came out better than I ever imagined. Since the process was so simple, I went back to create a custom piece for myself that could incorporate both my fiance's engagement band and birth stones of my family for an extra special ring. CustomMade worked with me to find my dream design and the ring itself came out even more perfect in person than the pictures they sent. I love how CustomMade is always willing to go at my pace with the creation of the ring and I never feel pressured to move forward with a design I don't 100% love. I don't forsee any other jewerly needs in my immediate future, but I can guarantee CustomMade will be my go to spot when something does come up.”

“The Custom Made experience was 10/10. My husband and I had been waiting and wanting custom rings made with our family crest for over 2 years and we were having a really difficult time finding a jeweler to accomplish this for us. I found Custom Made in an online search and contacted the company to learn more about the process and where they were based out of. We were very impressed with the entire process. The things we love about this company and the process: We were able to go at our pace, and have approval at each stage. The company clearly stated what they were capable of including expectations of the process, the final product, time frame, and pricing. I was communicating with a person at each stage of the process and everyone was incredible and very helpful- I knew each by name, so it was very personable. The process was extremely pleasant and we love our rings so much! Best of all they save your design so you can duplicate the ring in the future (which we hope to do one day for our children). I could not say enough great things about this company and our finished product. You can trust Custom Made.”

“The customer experience was one of the highlights of my time working with CustomMade. Turnaround time on questions was always less than 24 hours and I usually heard back in 4-6 hours. “I am a returning customer, I originally researched custom made for an engagement ring and as skeptical as I was they created a true work of art. I was so impressed by their ability to make my vision real that I returned and had them make another engagement ring with a different vision and goal. Once again they executed flawlessly. Not only is the work a masterpiece each time the communication the entire time is above reproach. They make the whole process seamless and once again I am left in awe of the product and their team. I don’t write reviews normally but they truly deserve the recognition. I’d like to note iv also recommended them to other men wanting to make a unique piece for their loved one.”

“Everyone I worked with was amazing. The responses were timely and the staff really cared about making my vision come to life. The communication was incredible and exceeded my expectations. My fiancee designed my engagement ring here and that inspired to me create his wedding band using CustomMade. Even when the finished product was sent to me and I wanted to change something, they took it back free of charge, updated the ring, and sent it back. This experience has felt so personal and I could not be happier with CustomMade”

“The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The replies on my design were very quick and there are so many options to choose from. The lead time on getting the final design, the photos of the model, and the arrival of the ring were very quick. The final product is amazing and has been crafted with such care I am extremely happy with this piece and would recommend it to anyone”
