“They were incredibly helpful through every step of the process. They were realistic about the options I presented, and flexible with my sporadic messages over the course of several months. Having the 3D renderings and drawings/sketches was a fantastic help as I am a visual person and got to see my ideas come to life.”

“I had an amazing experience with CustomMade! I had made AI images of what I was sort of looking to make. Every step of the way they listened to what I wanted to do and gave great advice and suggestions. Once creating images of the ring it's self anytime I wanted to alter the design to see how it looked they would with no issues. Shipping was perfect and fast. Once receiving the ring the packaging was great. Seeing the ring in person was stunning I loved it even more! I would recommend CustomMade to anyone i know!”

“The Team made sure I was well informed on the materials, process and procedures. They are very patient and very professional. Even more important they are responsive and that helps a LOT when you’re paying for something you can’t physically see. All trust and all good intentions, they did great. “I was a little skeptical of the process to begin with. Who buys a ring without seeing it or talking with someone in person. I'm very impressed with the service. The design consultation was great. The person I was working with asked a lot of questions. The designs she brought back to me were awesome. The designers were able to make something that matched perfectly with the wedding bands my fiancé designed with CutsomMade. When I got the ring, I was blown away by the quality and detail that went into it. Simply amazing.”

“Hello good evening Thank you for your follow up. I had a mixed experience with my last 2 ring orders. But all pertains to the shipping and cost of shipping compared to Amazon... which also facilitates custom jewelry orders. Is there something way to ship to Canada that doesn't tag on a great cost?”
