“I was disappointed to notice that the top of the box was not closed with a sticker. It is not reassuring to know that the cake box is not sealed and that the lid can easily be removed. It is important to have the lid sealed because it offers a guarantee of hygiene and safety. But unfortunately this was not the case.”

We make all our products by hand using the finest natural ingredients and choose suppliers that are either a social enterprise or small family run businesses in the UK. “I ordered a passion fruit and pistachio cake for my partner's birthday. The cake arrived early in the morning of the birthday and it looked great. The taste was good however the sponge was not fresh. It was probably baked two days before or so which I felt it was a shame.”

“I received your afternoon tea for Mother's Day. It was so nice. So I purchased the same one for my Mum's Birthday. Unfortunately I can't say the same. The scones were really nice, but the cakes not so much. They were very dry, borderline stale, very disappointed appointed. Sorry 😞”
