“It was nicely presented and delivered on time. The scones were not to my taste and neither were the cakes but the brownies were lovely! Jam was pretty tasteless I’m afraid.”

“The cake was exactly as it shows in the picture really pretty . I was just expecting a bit more flavor, it was as any other cake from a store, the filling has no taste just butter , the chocolate was too simple.”

“The package was delivered safely and securely and on time - we were thrilled to get it. We ate the cakes etc on the date. The brownie was particularly delicious, but we were a little disappointed by the cake and jam. Would probably think twice before ordering again.”

“Hello, I received the afternoon tea with great anticipation. Two of the scones were excellent. One was a bit doughy. Haven’t eaten the 4th. Delighted with quantity of clotted cream. Raspberry jam was runny and low sugar - good if you’re diabetic perhaps but I’m not. The chocolate brownie was ok but I think that you should recommend that it is warmed up before eating. I didn’t like the cake and only ate half of it. HOWEVER, the concept of afternoon tea at home is a wonderful one. I set my table with old China and old silver so we had a good overall experience but it could have been so much better. I think afternoon tea should include sandwiches too. Delivery communication was excellent and it arrived on time. Please change the cake and add some sandwiches and I will be much happier. The first 2 scones were delicious!”

“Hi. The cake looked lovely although the toppings didn’t have as much as you’ve shown in your website. It does taste lovely but the brown filling in between the vanilla and chocolate cake was too thick for me.. Anyway it still made my day. Thank you and Stay safe. ”

“Sadly can’t be a four star! First delivery arrived but contents were in a bit of a state. Loose lid on jam so leaked brownies unwrapped and contents strewn about. This was down to insufficient packing rather than rough handling. A replacement was sent free of course and contents were as they should have been first time round. Overall quality was good Brownies delicious but rather pricey when compared to similar offers out there.”

“A mixed experience. I got emails saying the cake would arrive on a specific date but it actually turned up the day after. Also the cake was supposed to have raspberries on top, but instead it had cranberries so further disappointment and actually I found that a bit scary as there was nothing either in email or in the package to say they had swapped the fruits and the cranberries were quite squished so could have been mistaken for raspberries - what if I was allergic to cranberries? Dangerous to add a random ingredient and not notify the recipient something not in the ingredients list is added. The cake was tasty, especially considering it was vegan but I was disappointed to be messed around with delivery dates and to not get quite what I'd ordered given the hefty price tag.”
