The delivery for New Road Ascot was left by a neighbour's bin who are currently away in Japan. Their friend who was checking the house found it a day after it was delivered and realised who the receipient was. It was pure luck the friend was checking on the house

Can’t comment on quality of brownies as they were not received. On tracker for DPD it stated no one home, order being returned to supplier, no note left or attempt to deliver next day. My daughter was on call and had to go out so missed delivery, she was home by 4pm and in all the following day, I’ve been away but felt it too late to chase.

Cake arrived damaged, it had also been in the back of small hatchback all day (from what the tracking showed). Offered a voucher by C&S but asked for a refund as defined in the terms and conditions. No response from Cutter and Squidge. Will no longer use them.

I have no idea whether the cake was good or not....it was NEVER delivered. With no hint of an apology, C & S insist there were two attempts at delivery. There is no proof of any attempt - there is no record of any missed calls. Their cakes may be wonderful, but if they are not delivered......who knows or cares. I have been referred to the T&Cs....2 attempts at delivery etc etc. I'm almost £100 out of pocket and rather angry.

I did order two cakes for a birthday, paid extra for a delivery slot. They were late. Cakes were ok. Strawberry just ok, pistachio great. The postage was refunded, for the rest I was given a voucher. When I used the voucher for 50 pounds, and paid some extra money, I did order blueberry cheesecake and yuzu one. Both just ok, similar taste, chunks of buttercream, too moist. The blueberry went green in some places, looking like a mold. The company says that this is ok. Well, I don't like the green color on my cake. Even if it is still edible, it is green around blueberries, and green dust in the top buttercream. They are playing death, no further response. The cakes are average, and if they go green, the company doesn't mind. So I you want very moist cake, green in some places, with large chunks of buttercream, with no taste of yuzu, for example, in the yuzu cake, then go for it. I don't want to do any more business with this company at all. Silvia

Having ordered once - and then been bombarded daily with emails to "rate them" or "review them", and despite unsubscribing from emails more than once I will never use them again.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 60th birthday party in a pub in Farringdon. I asked that it be delivered after 11am and they delivered it at 7am knowing it was a pub and no one would be there. I called your company several times but you were so unhelpful. I ended up with no cake and had to buy another one and carry it to the venue. I have been told no refunds !! Appalling customer service after paying £84 for a cake I never received, a total rip off.
