“Never known so much stress dealing with a company . Poor delivery great cake. First line customer service is appalling. Using DPD and not even telling them it was perishable was shocking. Not worth the risk of using them again. Avoid.”

“The S'mores cake was absolutely disgusting. No one ate the cake. What a waste of money. My sister almost cried. What a disaster. I've tried calling. No answer. I've emailed twice. No answer. Regular customer.... whose very disappointed.”

“Requested to rearrange delivery because of illness, but the company didn't finalise a response to the request and just sent out the cake anyway. The very expensive cake was wasted and I was charged full price. Very disappointing service”

“My son said the brownies he received for his birthday were very nice. I emailed twice immediately after placing the brownies order online to ensure our personal birthday message was included with the brownies. Unfortunately, it was not. However, they have now responded and very generously emailed a voucher. I will definitely be ordering again and will recommend Cutter and Squidge to friends. Thank you.”

“Do not order!! Absolutely awful! We ordered a carrot cake and it looked so ugly and sloppy not like the picture!! And the taste was the worst!!! Also they dont reply emails, very bad customer service!!!”

“I loved Cutter and Squidge that I've decided that it would be the best Christmas gifts to my relatives and friends. Ordering went well but 2 of the deliveries are problematic. On top of that I also received messages from the people I gifted asking if I'm the one who sent them gifts. Only one received a card with message out of the 8 orders I made :(”

“I was a fan of the brownies and biskies. Ordered the cake for my husbands birthday. It was Extremely dry even though we didn’t put the cake in the fridge. Ate it the same day as delivery. Won’t be ordering again.”

We bake our products fresh daily, use all-natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers. “I have previously shared my concerns with your company. My family were recovering from Covid and were isolated, So these were a surprise treat. Sadly they were shocked at the amount of plastic packaging, they are greatly concerned about the amount of plastic in use. so not a treat at all- disappointing”

“Ordered the Choc Squidge cake as a surprise bday present, I provided full delivery details but cake never arrived. My friends who live in Africa wanted to surprise their son who is alone in London, cake never arrived and no accountability from the company. Seems that the whole supply chain is just a mess. The poor young man waited all day at home, for them to come with the most lamest excuse. Following day, same thing… Honest, the WORSE and KAK service ever. Dealing with customer service is like dealing with a robot, same automatic response. Will I ever recommend them? Definitely not!!! Will I ever use them? Heck no!!!”

“Very disappointed potential customer. The overpriced cakes might be good if you happen to get a good service from Cutter & Squidge but, if like me you get the WORSE service, it really is KAK!! I worked in CS & hospitality industry in the past and never ever experienced such bad service. Unfortunately for us, especially the bday boy who never received his present, the whole supply chain was a mess & no accountability. Unfortunately dealing with the C&S customer service is like dealing with an automatic robot. Will I ever recommend them? Definitely not!!! Will I ever use them? Heck no!!!”
