The cake looked fabulous and was delivered on time. The cake was also very well packaged. However, the cake hardly tasted of anything and I was very disappointed by the lack of flavour. Unfortunately our party guests thought the same too, and most slices ended up in the bin. A real shame as the cake looked beautiful. I wanted a special cake for my husband’s 50th surprise birthday, and this one was a real let down.

Cake was terrible I wrote into customer service already two weeks ago and never got a response Cake was extremely dry and a waste of money

Really appalling delivery and communication. This was a gift for someone recovering from surgery to brighten her day and recovery. I first requested the package be left outside as the person who was due to pick it up was around the corner - the driver left instead. I then paid for re-delivery and was told it would arrive the next day. It didn't so I had to chase it up - apparently, I had to send a follow-up email confirming my re-purchase which seems ridiculous as if I received automated notification of the purchase they should have as well. Regardless, nothing arrived on the day the contact said the package would be redelivered (no clear arrival time given either) so my friend had to stay inside all day awaiting a package that never came. I then had to chase the redelivery to have it finally dropped off. Really terrible experience.

I wasn’t going to review the cake I purchased as it wasn’t well received by friends who are wheat free. They commented that the texture was poor - somewhat disgusting - and that it wasn’t particularly flavourful and it’s appearance was lacking compared to the website (though I think that’s to be expected). The little tin it came in is very nice, though.

The scones were old, not sure if they are frozen but it is very obvious that they were not baked on the day.

I have bought 2 cakes seperately from you. The first I wasn't over impressed by as it was so over sweet and not natural tasting, I put this down to they weren't the flavours I liked personally as it was for someone else. I just had the second one, absolutely disgusting. A vegan bluberry cheesecake one, even the vegan we bought it for thought was probably one of the worst vegan cakes she has had. You're cakes are over sweet, don't taste natural and look way better than they taste. We'll be looking for a new supplier.

How can I wrote one when I haven't received them yet. Thank goodness the person they were for didn't have to make a long trip to collect them. So very disappointed, when the previous order was lovely- once I collected it.

Normally love cutter and squidge, never had issues with them, however ordered a cake recently for a tea party and when received cake was damaged. Not exactly the cheapest cakes so they should be handled and delivered with care. The delivery cost isn’t free either. Ended up slicing a piece of lemon on top to covered the missing cream! You’re better off collecting from store however if they’re too far there are many other local options.

Very poor was really so disappointed. Scones hard even when heated. Lemon cakes were only decent thing. Not worth the money.

Not too bad . I found it very basic cake expensive and too small . Not really worth it. Although it packed really well and got it on time and not damaged at all. Still happy if u running out of time and need something to order at the last minute.

The cake was good. No issues there. However, the rating is low because your delivery partners let you down. I got an email to say the cake had been 'handed to the customer' but I hadn't received it. I went around my neighbours' looking for the cake and didn't find it until the next day at a completely different address. They didn't know what it was and so didn't put it in the fridge which was not ideal. They said the driver was told it was the wrong address but left it outside their doorstep anyway. Poor show
