NOT at all impressed with this company. First cake received 5 years ago and was delicious..........however recent cake and then boxes of cakes were big let down - outside of box sticky some of the small cakes were squashed. The birthday cake I received was covered in dried up tasteless strawberry pieces, and cake was gooey. Will not use again and will not recommend...............much cheaper tastier options out there too!

The birthday cake looked fantastic. Unfortunately it gave my youngest a tummy ache and she puked up the cake after eating it. The birthday boy who the cake was for did not find the taste to his liking either. Kids like what they like. I very much enjoyed the small slice I got before my husband got so angry he chucked the whole thing in the bin. For this reason I won’t be purchasing from you again.

I bought the pistachios and passion fruit cake and I don’t think it delivered as per the write up. The sponge was dry and overall the taste could have been better. I wouldn’t be buying this again. Not worth the money. Cookies were nice but all overpriced.

Flavour was ok but you're better off buying a store cake from a supermarket. Better value for money. Poor representation between the image on website and the final product. Do not buy

Very disappointed with the size of the cake, we knew it would be small in diameter but expected it to be deeper. Not overly impressed by the taste either. Won’t be ordering again, not worth the money.

I ordered a gluten free vegan cake for my wife's birthday. It tasted awful and was very disappointing. Cake was very hard and cream was so sugary. You have focused so much on packaging. I wish you had spent 10% of that effort on cake recipe.

We were extremely disappointed with the level of service! Cake was delivered to the concierge instead of my flat! I never received a phone call to let me know it’s been delivered and so the cake was sitting there for over 9 hours! I couldn’t serve the cake the next day as planned which ruined my plans for a birthday celebration! No response from the customer service either. Will never order again and certainly do not recommend!

Ordered delivery for a specific date. When the cake didn’t arrive. I had to contact them to find out why. No apology or reason, the representative just said they didn’t deliver it on Saturday but it could be delivered on Tuesday if I wanted to proceed. I have used them previously.

Sadly, I have used cutter and squidge repeatedly throughout 2022 and have always been thrilled with the products and the service. However, this month I sent a cream tea to my Aunt for her birthday. She lives at a rural address. the delivery driver delivered the parcel about a mile away from MY Aunt's house. I have contacted DPD and also Cutter and Squidge. However, after ten days, I have not heard back from Cutter and Squidge despite several emails and WhatsApp messages. Today I had a reply from DPD who promised to investigate when cutter and squidge make a complaint. I have had really poor customer service on this occasion.

Very disappointed. Order a hamper as a special gift for someone. Courier attempted to deliver hamper to the address late in the evening when the building as closed. After several attempts via instagram and calling the company and requesting it be resent or a full refund instead the company provided an unauthorised refund of £45 for an order that cost £120. And claimed they would donate the food to a food bank without permission. Whilst I’m happy to donate I wanted the hamper. I could have collected, had it delivered to me or paid to have it redelivered. None of these options were given. Clearly this company is use to rich people willing to lose 2/3 of what they paid without worry. The finality and communication via email was inappropriate and abrupt and didn’t resolve the query. So I basically lost £80 and was told the matter was closed……. Not what I would expect from how the company promotes themselves. Quite disappointing really.

I am your regular customer and always bought cake from you.Previous all cakes were nice and delicious but this time which was delivered on 13th November wasn’t good at all . It was dry and tasteless ,no worth to spend that much money. It was very disappointed because it was 18th birthday of my son. I should have compensate
