“The gingerbread biscuits were not on top of the cake as described and shown in the photo. The cake was enjoyed by the person it was gifted to, it’s just a shame that that Christmas touch was missing. Especially as this was what made me decide to choose this cake.”

“The concept of the Hello Kitty Afternoon tea is great. I loved the peach tea and scones, as well as the brownies. The blondies I felt were tough and overly sweet. Overall it was pretty decent.”

“The cookies were nice, but it was a shame that we didn’t receive one of each flavour (only three types I think). Didn’t expect the polythene bag around each one, but understand it’s to keep them fresh which is obviously important. The communication re the delivery was good.”

“Cakes are a bit hit and miss. Two were absolutely delicious, one was beyond disappointing and had to be thrown in the bin as it was inedible.”

Hi, thank you for your review. We are disappointed to receive this review from you as we bake our products fresh daily and make product quality a priority. All cakes come with care instructions inside the box which state if you have stored it in the fridge, it must be taken out at least 3 hours before eating. Hi Susan, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to see your were disappointed. This of course is not our intention, unfortunately when we went to process the order the cake you had chosen was not within our local delivery area. We are sorry you were not informed sooner about this, the team member dealing with your ticket was new to the team and did not spot this issue, we have now retrained but of course this is not your concern. “I cannot comment on the taste as I sent them to my sister, but they did send me a picture of the package and I have to say I expected it to look a bit more high-end than it did considering how expensive they were. The packaging and general presentation was very ordinary. That said, my sister said they were delicious.”

“We love your little shop in Soho and always treat ourselves when in London so did an online order as missed the cakes. Great service, all arrived fresh and in one piece. The brownies were a bit dull, more cake than brownie and not worth the money, shame! The carrot cake however was excellent, moist and delicious but again feel extremely overpriced for a 6inch cake!”
