“Expected better presentation. There was no ‘Happy Birthday’ piece as in the picture and I thought I was getting alcohol free wine (but maybe that was a misunderstanding)”

“It sadly didnt come as presented- rather than coming presented as shown in the image, with the rows, cardboard divider, and displaying each biskie's colourful topping, it came in little plastic packaging with the biskies on their side inside. Bit of a shame to have unnecessary plastic, and not be able to see the top side, but I guess it might be for protective transport purposes? Didnt actually go a real bundle on them if im quite honest. They were rather plain tasting, and didnt have a great deal of flavour. Freeze dried raspberry's and the little coconut shivers were nice, but the rest of the flavours barely tasted of anything. Chocolate smores, very disappointing. Texture of the biskie however was nice. I think perhaps the bigger ones might be better tasting due to the size and amount of ingredients involved, but without nationwide delivery of those its going to be a long time before being able to tell. Would probably only order again if the large ones were available nationwide. Cant fault the service of the company though.”

“The cakes were very well packaged but did not travel well. The mini cakes were smaller than I expected and a bit squashed but tasted very nice. Due to the size and condition on arrival I would not say they were value for money.”

“Hi, I thought it would be 24 desserts in one box, but it devided in two boxes. It was embarrassed as it’s for presents for friends of mine, not for consuming by myself. I should guess and concerned the sounds of little shaking boxes which were in between 4 boxes as I ordered 2 of selection box of 24. It would be much better if you gave me a guideline what was inside. Friends of mine were very happy to have them anyway. Thanks,”

“The cakes are amazing , however the gift note included isn’t a gift note as such just an order print out with the sentence on , this could be improved by an actual gift note for the recipient ”

“The cake arrived on time, but was missing the personalisation disc I ordered for a birthday. I contacted cutter and squidgy as soon as it was delivered and they got back to me and said they had tried to call me at 5.30pm the day before to advise that this disc could not be delivered, and to be fair they offered me a refund. It was frustrating though that they did not follow up the call with a voicemail or email explaining this, as I was working and missed the call. Had they done this I would have been able to go out the morning of the delivery day and get a birthday plaque or candles to add to the cake. So not the best customer service I’m afraid.”

“The price of the vegan truffle cake balls was high for the quality of cake supplied. If you are going to charge a premium price for your cakes, they should certainly be comparable to premium quality bakery products.”

“Ordering and delivery was good. I liked the cake tin. Unfortunately the cookies and cake were mediocre and I feel they were not worth the money paid. I was bought a gift card for Cutter and Squidge and was assured that it was incredible, but I've had supermarket cakes and cookies for £2 which are much better.”
