“I feel that I wouldn't have purchased this if I hadn't have been given it as a gift. I agree that the prices are for a London based company but to get to checkout and then have to pay a £6.99 delivery free on top of the £50 gift voucher was outrageous. The products were ok in themselves but I have tasted nicer - nothing special, sorry.”

“The cake looked great. Texture was fine. I think flavour wise, not as great as I remember from 6 years ago. It needed more yuzu and more mango. As the taste of butter was overwhelming”

“This was a hard review to write. My daughter told me the mini brownies that I ordered for her were amazing and tasted really good. She said they were better than others I had ordered from different providers. However, the delivery was extremely delayed and a second batch had to be sent out to her. The staff at Cutter and Squidge who helped me (Andrew and Bogdan) were very efficient, responsive and worked hard to get the delivery issue sorted. If I could I would rate the brownies 5 stars, the staff 5 stars, but the delivery issue, when I was ordering the product for a specific reason would have been a zero, therefore I have given it a 3 overall.”

“Hello - the cake looked amazing! It was for my daughter's birthday. As some of our guests are vegan, we brought two for the whole party. The guests were impressed at how lovely they looked. However, to be honest, we all thought it was way too dry! The cream also tasted just ok. We've tasted other products from Cutter and Squidge in the past and they have all been amazing! I don't know why this cake was so dry and not tasty.”

“The box was impressive, beautiful and protective. The cake looked very good and was much larger and was more than sufficient for 25 people. Taste was ok, but somewhat bland and most guests have mentioned that the icing was surprisingly thick and just buttery, without taste. Overall, I would order again because the cake looks impressive and it's not too sweet, however it would be great if it had a bit more flavour.”
