Sorry, but I am disappointed with this speaker. For the price, the quality of sound isn’t great. It does look nice. The best part is the German guy voice that says “your device is connected”.

Was not the way as described in the description. The one corner was broken and unable to return it once I finally opened it. Customer service is horrible they dont respond when they say they will. I have been waiting a month for a call back about ordering a 2nd mirror.

BEWARE!!! if you order from this company, 15 day return policy!!! I ordered the grill light for my brother to give his wife for her birthday, the light is quite expensive for a grill light. I ordered over 19 days before her birthday, he gave it to her, and they left on a birthday trip, and by the time they got home, looked at the light and decided it was not what they wanted, and got the light to me to return, it was over 20 days since arrival. Little did I know there is a freaking 15 day return policy, with no exceptions, apparently, so I am so angry. I spent $30 to return it to the company and then found out they would not accept. Needless to say, I am angry!!!

Original order placed 9/26/19 today 12/17/19order not complete. Customer Service Abbey King is excellent in trying to get the situation resolved. Almost there 1) received incorrect item—returned 2) received correct item damaged. Replaced some of damaged parts 3) door also damaged that was not initially noticed —-awaiting replacement door now going on 5 weeks. Been in contact with Abbey throughout. Should get new door at anytime. Medicine cabinet is installed with chipped door. Was NOT DLaguna’s fault that the items were broken in shipment. Packages were not handled properly by shipper. Would like to get that replacement door soon. Thank you

This mirror was not packaged properly and it was in a box with no bubble wrap. As a result, it came in broken pieces.

I recently was involved in trying to find new counter stools as part of a kitchen re-model. As I soon learned, it almost certainly needs to be done on-line, and trying to find new chairs on line that you can feel comfortable committing to is no easy task. Abbey, the Dlaguna sales rep, made that entire experience as easy as possible. She was informative, accommodating and, just as importantly, responsive. We got the chairs, as promised, a couple of weeks ago, and they are just what we were looking for. I cannot rate Dlaguna any higher based on my experience with Abbey.

There were significant shipping delays with my item, which is understandable. It does happen. However the customer service was not great. It was impossible to get a hold of someone, and when I did no one responded when they said they would. They would say will get back to you by the end of the day and wouldn’t. Even if you haven’t heard back from the manufacturer, it seems like you could respond and say we don’t know yet. Just not a great first experience.

With the addition of the large mirror to our master bath my wife says "our bathroom is better than the one at the Grand Hyatt in Bangkok" so happy about the useful ambient light the mirror gives off.
