“I bought the Coral Bathroom mirror. It’s the perfect addition to my bathroom. I would definitely buy this mirror again next time I need another mirror. Because this mirror has no frame, I feel it makes my bathroom look bigger. love how bright the light is. It was extremely easy to set up. My husband is the furthest thing away from a handyman and he was able to install and wire up the lighting with no problems. You definitely do need additional lighting as this will not bright enough to be sole source of lighting but perfect lighting to leave on during the night if you need to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Like I said, I love this mirror and everyone who has used our bathroom comments on how nice it is.”

“Took longer than what website said. Three weeks from a two day delivery. They offered to gift another mirror, never received it after giving them the description they asked for of the mirror I chose. Ended up being put in a circle of wrong tracking numbers and dealt with one customer service rep that wasn't very professional. Although, the last rep I dealt with was pleasant and tried to help.”

“Had a lot of bad luck with this order. UPS lost the first package, so Dlaguna sent a new one, and then it arrived broken up in pieces.... I worked everything out with their sales manager Toby. He was great at solving the issue and making up for all UPS's mistakes. I got a free mirror + a 30% discount on my next purchase. Thank you, Toby!”

“I ordered these lights on 2 different occasions. Both times the packaging was horrible. The lights were bouncing around in box without protection and the first shipment had a hole in the UPS box. Luckily nothing fell out during shipping. I think better packaging could be used.”

“I ordered a mirror from them back in December 7th. The estimated delivery was December 12th. Past December 12th I called to find out what happened to my order. It hadn't shipped yet because they weren't in possession of it. They said it would come in the next shipment and should ship out around Christmas. Chrstimas comes and still no tracking number. They blamed shipping delays and UPS. Yes there were delays with many companies, but they still delivered! My order didn't ship until January 18th. A month late the order is finally shipping. My mirror arrived completely destroyed. I read the reviews of the shipping company they used and this was a common problem. Getting close to 2 months into order and now I only had a broken mirror to show for it. We asked how quickly they could get a replacement and they could not give us an estimated date. They only said they would get new mirrors in 1 week and it would take 'more than 5 days' to get to me. During this entire process, they never informed me of any problems or delays. My husband and I had to keep calling everytime they missed delivery. They have no call waiting and seem to have very few people working for them because you're often talking to the same person. They also wouldn't always be available during the customer service hours stated and frequently didn't pick up even when called. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. Ordered another mirror from somewhere else and got a tracking number next business day. Clearly DLaguna has huge issues with logistics and not someone you want to order from when you have timelines and major rennovations happening.”

We are very sorry for what happened logistically during the pandemic has been very complicated, the shipping company is the one responsible for this mess, but we did our best trying to fix the situation and answer every one of your questions.

“Worst customer service i had to go directly to the manufacturer where he said he has nothing but problems with you. Rose was useless. After going to another distributor per the manufacturer i was finally able to get what i need to get my bbq light working. You people are the worst.”

“Ordered Dec 14, 2020 & our cc was charged. Received tracking number Dec 15, 2020. It is now Jan 22, 2021 & we have no mirror & just get the run around from everyone at DLaguna. HORRIFIC customer service from Matt, Rose & Toby who say they are handling this & will call us back. Still no call back and no mirror!”
