“Customer Service is really poor, no proactive communication on shipment delay . When I call in and ask for updates, same excuse every time and loose shipment updates without asking for order number for two months. There are lots room for improvements.”

“We still haven’t received the shipment or received updates after I was given a tracking number. Matt in sales says there was a problem at the warehouse and that it would be shipped out 2 weeks ago but I still don’t have a tracking. Haven’t heard back the last 2 times I’ve asked. Please HELP as my project has a sensitive time line.”

“Fantastic customer service. Since my order was delayed due to being out of stock I called customer service and the gentleman that I spoke to was honest. I decided to wait on the order and I got a small discount on the merchandise. I was impressed on how quickly the discount was placed on my payment. Great customer service”

“Stunning. Price tag is tough but this is a show stopper - this medicine cabinet is beautiful. It is THE focal point of my bathroom redesign. Everyone that sees it loves it ~ you may see more orders! Well worth every penny!”

“We ordered a large light fixture. We received the light fixture badly damaged and to add insult to injury it was the wrong fixture. We had to ship it back. Matt with Sales team refused to give us credit. He wants to repair the light--unacceptable when you are paying almost 3k for a light. Even though he knows it is the wrong fixture, he will not go ahead and ship the correct one. I do not recommend DLaguna.”

“Service was very helpful till I received the light. Impossible to get bulb in. Felt like it was cracking if I pushed any further. Sent email. Never had a response. Had an electrician doing work at my house, he tried and could not insert. Said if pushed any harder bulb is cracking. Told him to try and it cracked. Unless I get a response will tell credit card company will not pay. thanks”

“I ordered a beautiful towel warmer. It took some time to make it right since it was the wrong finish. I notified the company and they apparently sent out a beautiful mirror instead. I contacted them again and they made it right, quickly shipped me the correct warmer and also the necessary return shipping labels so Fed Ex could ship both incorrect items back to the manufacturer. All in all, they were very helpful and responded very quickly to correct the mistakes.”

“I asked you guys to cancel my order because it took you guys over a month to ship my order. Though you confirmed that you would cancel the order you didn't and allowed the order to finally fulfill - weeks later. How can loyal customers trust your brand with such bad business practices?”
