“My 7 foot bathroom mirror is gorgeous. It’s far exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending this particular mirror to anyone who wants to add some pizzazz to their bed bathroom.”

“Service was very helpful till I received the light. Impossible to get bulb in. Felt like it was cracking if I pushed any further. Sent email. Never had a response. Had an electrician doing work at my house, he tried and could not insert. Said if pushed any harder bulb is cracking. Told him to try and it cracked. Unless I get a response will tell credit card company will not pay. thanks”

“I ordered a beautiful towel warmer. It took some time to make it right since it was the wrong finish. I notified the company and they apparently sent out a beautiful mirror instead. I contacted them again and they made it right, quickly shipped me the correct warmer and also the necessary return shipping labels so Fed Ex could ship both incorrect items back to the manufacturer. All in all, they were very helpful and responded very quickly to correct the mistakes.”

“I asked you guys to cancel my order because it took you guys over a month to ship my order. Though you confirmed that you would cancel the order you didn't and allowed the order to finally fulfill - weeks later. How can loyal customers trust your brand with such bad business practices?”

“So very pleased with my mirror it looks beautiful in my new remodeled bathroom.. it took a while to be delivered during the pandemic but customer service was excellent in keeping me informed and also added a discount.. I highly recommend this company .. great 5 yr warranty..it was packed perfect no damage at all”

“The customer service was good but the mirror does not live up to our expectations at all. We called snd asked about the difference in the mirror lights and were told the one we ordered the lights came through the front and would put off plenty of light. I’ve truly never been so disappointed in such an expensive product. We had to add more lighting in the bathroom just to get enough light.”

“Items arrived in boxes and will protect it so that’s good. What I didn’t like about your company is that I never got an update about when the items will arrive there’s no communication with customers and I have to send many emails asking when they will arrive so that’s the bad part”
