“It is disconcerting not to get an acknowledgment email when you order. So I chased this and had an email confirming my purchase however, I have had to chase every step and not been reassured at any point that delivery was going to happen. I don't think this time of year is an excuse for anything. If anything, it's an opportunity to stand out and give excellent customer service. I'm still waiting.”

“Loved the bag but, quality bag but should be for £625 full price. I noticed one or two marks on the leather which one of them I took a photograph of and e-mailed it in for the team to check it out. Waiting for a reply”

“I order size 3 uggs on the receipt in the box it said size 3 and you sent me size 4. Lady on the phone said to send them back and would take 48hrs. I've asked for my money and went to buy from the shop instead as I need the boots. Am still waiting for my money to be refunded”

“Item was out of stock even after you had taken my money then had to wait 3 days for my refund to go back in to my bank account. I rang up to enquire about this and didnt get much help on the phone call, so missed out on a 25% off offer and could have got the bag elsewhere. Have ordered quite alot in the past but will not shop here again.”

“Quick delivery of item but it wasn't wrapped in and paper or bag and was just in the delivery bag. This was an expensive gift and I at least would of expected it to have the paper round the item. When purchasing last year it had lovely Daniel paper round the item before being placed in the post bag.”

“First time I have purchased from Daniel Footwear. Ordered size 5 ankle boot and a shoe from the same manufacturer and the sizing was different, disappointed as had to send one back. Item was exactly as pictured; both arrived within a week, albeit separately. Would purchase from Daniel Footwear again.”
