“Ordered2 pairs of boots in size 5 one pair ok. However, Black size 5 UGG boots, Ladies sent were babies 5 ! Have been returned and waiting to receive Ladies 5 Staff were very accommodating and pleasant ????”

“Order went through fine. Goods were dispatched but hadn't arrived after 5 days so I was a bit concerned so I emailed customer support and never heard back from them which I found quite rude !!!!!! My shoes did arrive that evening but it would have been nice to have had some sort of communication with your customer service team.”

“I only came across this website the other day and ordered from it straight away, they sell some lovely bits. I ordered a White Patent Armani Jeans bag. Unfortunately when the bag arrived it was EXTREAMLY dirty, with scratches all over it too. However the customer service department was FANTASTIC and dealt with the matter very well. They will be sending me a new bag and if this bag arrives in a good condition I will definitely be ordering from them again.”

“Having previously purchased from Daniel and been very, very happy with shoes and bags etc, my recent purchase of three scarves will be returned as the packaging is a disgrace !!! The scarves are in crumpled cellophane bags and the scarves folded so small they are all creased as the bags are huge. Sorry to make negative comments however feel very justified on this occasion.”

“I ordered Tall Classic Ugg Boots on Black Friday at an amazing price with free postage expecting them the following week due to the high demand on probably the busiest shopping day of the year and I was blown away when they arrived on the Saturday....approx 24 hrs after order.....Have recommended you to everyone and will be ordering again and again and again....thank you so much”

“Would never use Daniel footwear again until they stop using UKMAIL!!! Any company that use this delivery service is at risk of losing a large number of customers because UKMAILS poor level of service rubs off on them”
