“Lovely and comfy and warm but in a size 8 they look enormous!! Curse my big feet!! Excellent service nicely packaged would definitely buy from this site again.”

“I never received a confirmation email when I completed my order. When I emailed to enquire about my delivery they told me it had been despatched and gave me a tracking code. When I tracked my order it wasn't despatched until another 3 days later. I paid for delivery and it has not been delivered in the time specified.”

“Apart from waiting periods to make connections by phone (start time was 10 am for Rachael) with her as the e-mailer the transaction went smoothly, arrived a day early than indicated but fortunately I was in to sign for the courier. The Uggs are a little too big in length and rather pinched at the ankle but I think with a little bit of wear they will be OK. [The old ones with toe holes are an embarrassment to my children but I am wearing them indoors as slippers now!]”

“The only thing I thing that could have been improved is after placing order, usually when buying online I get an automated email confirming order immediately I had to email myself just to check my order had been received however I did get an email fairly quickly in reply confirming my order. I think an automated email would have given me more confidence in buying for the first time from your website, my order has now arrived and I would have no problem in buying again from your site.”
