“It's been 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I could not get any clear response on the e-mail what happened to my order. USPS showed that it has not left the warehouse. I tried to call but was on hold for very long and unable to reach a person.”

“I ordered $150 worth of products. I got a shipping notification and when I checked a week later the label had been created but it had still not been brought to USPS let alone shipped. I reached out via email and phone and got no response. Ended up reaching out over Instagram DM and finally got a response. The package had been lost. They resent it AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. Now they aren’t answering calls, emails, or DMs on any platform. I can to receive a refund nor have I gotten my products. It has been over a month. I’ve heard such great things about this company and I am so disappointed. Never referring to a friend.”

“if I could, I would give a minus star. I love their products but when it comes to customer service..... oh, mama! really! it's a pain! I have tried to order directly from Deciem website for several times, during the years. Every time the delivery took about 2 to 3 weeks. This time, it's been 4 weeks already and I cannot find my delivery anywhere. Deciem says they delivered it, DPD says they did not receive it. It's a complete mess and I am paying. Deciem is not replying to any of those customer service phones and of course to any of the emails I have wrote to them. So, basically, I have paid 100 euro for ..nothing + a lot of stress. I will never again order from Deciem. I am very disappointed and, right now, in peace with the fact that I lost 100 euro.....”

“I ordered directly from deciem website and after a long shipping period all of the items in my order were broken. The box was soaking wet from the broken items and I cut my finger on glass when opening the box. I’m so disappointed because there’s no way for me to contact anyone with customer service.”

“Just love the ordinary products and how there is a regime for everyone. If you are unsure of what products to purchase you can email or use the live chat and tell them the type of issues you have with your skin or what you are trying to achieve and they will write you a regime. The ordinary products are super cheap but this does not show in the quality. In 2 months my acne has cleared, my skin is less dull and more hydrated and my rosacea is much less visible. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.”

“Placed my order on May 8th and today on 19 of May I received my order, 10 days in total, every item is whole and safe in my hands!!! :) (Mind you, I live in Greece ) I'm test patching today and will start using them asap!!”

“DECIEM, (specifically The Ordinary), is a really bold company with different ideals to the rest of the cosmetic industry. I recently started using their daily kit and I won't look back, my skin is improving daily and it feels like a treat to use, the products also feels expensive for the price point. I actually received a wrong product in my order, with a quick call, which was picked up almost immediately with the most helpful customer service the probelm was sorted and the correct product arriving only one day later! Fantastic company, fantastic service = incredibly impressed!”

“They sent an email asking about my shipping address which was correct, but proceeded to send it to THE WRONG ADDRESS!! I can't get the items now. They refuse to give back the money for the items and shipping. A waste of money and awful customer service.”

“I do not understand all the negative reviews lately. I ordered my goods from Deciem for the first time in my life and received them soo quickly minding that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and all the products were in a perfect condition. Nothing missing. Customer service is there and it is great and very helpful. About the tracking issue - yes, i couldnt track my order for a couple of days too but after that i was able to track it just fine. Dont leave negative reviews just because you’re impatient. Very good company! Keep it up P. S the packaging is dirty because it got dirty in my bag. It arrived completely normal and clean”

“Went to the store in NYC 6 months ago and very disappointed with the service and I was surprised with my last 3 visits from 3 different NY stores the Few past weeks as everything changed in terms of service and store experience. Whatever Deciem did to fix this, I totally salute and keep it up! Everyone was helpful and able to help me and fiancé with our needs. Stores looks great and will definitely come back! Happy to purchase my first NIOD product.”

“As a new customer, I called to get assistance with online ordering and to inquire about possible coupons and sales. Nope, nothing on sale now they said. I placed a large order, only to find out the VERY NEXT DAY they have a 23% off store-wide sale. Great. Thanks for the heads-up, guys. I contact them to ask if there is anything to be done to help with this, and they just said I would have to return the items and reorder them at my expense. Ok. I will return them, but will not be reordering.”

“The worst! I placed an online order - minutes later I went to cancel the order. For the cancellation reason I clicked "Found products locally." They emailed back saying the order had already been shipped - lies! I attempted to cancel MINUTES after I placed the order. I called and the woman said the order was packaged (not yet shipped) - hello, UNPACK IT! I feel like they do this so the order will still ship and some people are too lazy to return the item - so they make $$$. Plus, I have to pay return shipping. Ridiculous.”
