Purchased a Garmin Bike Computer from 'Deporvillage' because the price was competitive on the 28th of April. It's currently the 21st of May and the item never arrived. Contacted the company numerous times asking for a refund and kept getting ignored or be told by 'Libertad' that they had sent a new one and that I should wait. Thankfully I reported these scammers to PayPal and they got me my money back!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! Also if you're from the UK you'll have to import taxes which will end up making your savings irrelevant.

I ordered a backpack from deporvillage.com on 10/03. Until today I have not received the backpack. I had sent several requests to customer service (08.04./ 13.04/ 22.04. and 04.05.). The first two requests were answered. The other inquiries remained unanswered. A refund has not yet been made. The experience with Deporvillage.com is very disappointing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY They took my money, including the postage, but didn't pay customs charges. The parcel is now delayed. They avoid answering any question other than to say "we've sent you a DM", which simply says the order is "delayed". It's impossible to get money back - these questions again are ignored. Save yourself this pain, go with a company which values its customers.

Their returns service is possibly the worst on the internet, and considering my experience I wonder how they can still be in business. It almost feels like a scam: a returns service that apparently does not receive returned parcels, then ask you to wait for the parcel to return to you (which it doesn't!) Not worth it, just use other shops. I may end losing my money that they have not refunded for almost two months now. I never write reviews but they deserve 0 stars, or less.

I placed an order on 29/11 and when it arrived it was too big. I The item was posted back 31/12/21 and they were not in when item was delivered and refused to take it. They have now found it and returned it to me and refuse to communicate. Appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Can I give Zero? Appalling, please do not buy from these guys. Not only were the goods almost a month late, I subsequently got stung for £120 VAT and Customs Bill. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST ONLINE!! Buyer Beware and go elsewhere.

OJO CON ESTE PORTAL DE VENTA!!!!! Si tienes un problema con el pedido aunque sea culpa suya(en mi caso el pedido llego incompleto) no solucionan nada y el perjudicado es el cliente te hacen perder tiempo en llamadas a atención al cliente y envío de e-mail sin cumplir nada de lo que dicen. NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR EN DEPORVILLAGE. En mi caso personal,sin duda la peor expericia que he tenido en un portal de venta on-line.

I placed an order on 29/11 and when it arrived it was too big. I returned the item to Spain (there had never been any recognition that this was a Spanish company), had I known this, I would not have ordered. The item was posted back 31/12/21 and they were not in when item was delivered. Now they say they don't know where it is and are not answering emails/tweets. It's looking unlikely I will get a refund but Customer Service Support is disgraceful.

After ordering a helmet and body armour more than six months ago Thinking I got a great deal I've just been hit with a £55 import duty charge. There was no mention of this when I ordered and it seems common reading back on all the 1 star reviews. The package also took far too long to come and the helmet was so uncomfortable I sold it. Never again

After ordering an item accidently, I immediately rang them to explain the mistake, however the lade rude lady from their customer service department informed me that it was basically tough. She admitted that they had not packaged the item, but basically said that I had no rights. This company is criminal and does not abide by its own policies and more importantly, the LAW!!!

6 months after initiating a complaint they have now asked me to re-start the process because they have lost the file. Meanwhile I have an unusable e-bike made by haibike that I have only ridden once. Haibike won't deal with me as my contract is with deportvillage and deportvillage have no interest in resolving my complaint. Disgusting service from both haibike and deportvillage

The customer service is horrendous. I had two gift cards and they would not allow me to use them on a single purchase, they had to be separate. They must be the only shop in the EU that does this. One of my other gift cards kept getting cancelled for no reason. Their responses are automated snippets from a scripts and it's impossible to speak to a real person.

communication I obtained finance for a new bike and purchased the bike through deporvillage, the wrong bike was delivered (completely the wrong bike), I contacted deporvillage and I was told they couldn't help over the phone. Not a single reply from deporvillage to my emails, they briefly replied on twitter, no resolution, no communication, no bike, no refund. I'll have to issue a credit card refund with my card provider and deal with the finance cost now, and the matching parts I've ordered for the new bike which cannot be used.

I ordered some ski gloves and ski mitts. Price was on great on sale. Shipping rate was acceptable. As price was in Canadian dollars, I assumed this online retailer was probably in Canada. After these items were shipped via DHL, I received a text notice for payment of duty, customs and tax - about 33% of the initial price. No where did it mention/warn me of this extra payment. I then did some extensive searching on their website to learn their are located in Spain. Also learned they guarantee best price but also, additional fees may apply for international shipments. This information should have been forthcoming. There wasn’t any saving. I wished I would have shopped local!

I have ordered garmin edge 530. Deporvillage is the worst customer service I have experienced. Bear in mind that you would have to pay duty fee+VAT if you are a UK customer. The product has been returned from UK duty (as I have not paid it) and weeks after I am still having a battle for a refund and they still charge me via klarna service. Klarna has said that they have not even marked this product for a refund so they cannot issue this refund.

This site is a scam. I ordered On running clothes and receives them all in wrong sizes. After contacting their managers through LinkedIn, they agreed to replace the order and it happens I received wrong again. Now the want me to return it so they can reimburse me. After reading the comments I don’t know if that’s happening. Order: 103529410

Absolutely appalling customer service - i received the wrong boots, they removed the page from their website and a month later after paying almost £18 to return them myself, they are 'lost' at spanish customs. They just keep repeating the same thing and have accepted no responsibility or offered to help in any way. Possibly one of the worst companies I have every ordered from - do NOT use them - they are cheap for a reason!!

Don’t bother. Ordered a pair of walking poles. Only sent one. Tried to get in touch and all they do is ask for photos and then ignore you. Had to try for refund via my card provider. Still no item and no refund.
