Ordered a pair of glasses in early August. It’s now September and the order is currently in Germany which is further away from its initial location. What a waste of money and time!

I had ordered two sunglasses. The quality of the glasses was okay. The case was really bad (the material of the "padding" had already come off directly) and the glasses were much bigger than expected. But the experience with the return was really bad. I sent the package back 2 weeks ago (at my own expense, of course) and haven't heard anything about it since. I can only strongly advise against this store. I don't have a product now, paid the return shipping costs and of course didn't get the money for the product back. Seems to be a rip-off.

Do not order from this store. Waste of time and money. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on the 13/07/20, they were shipped on the 31/07/20 and since then tracking has not updated and my order has still not be received. I have contacted customer service to follow up for me with shipping companies to give me further information and they just say check the tracking link (very robotic response) Spend your money somewhere else, horrible service and a waste of time and money.

horrible customer service. they always write in spanish (i wrote them in english). reply-time is also extremely slow. i ordered a watch which showed very poor quality. after some month of wearing almost the complete gold-color is gone. they give a guarantee on mechanically-issues. would not order again.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I’ve been waiting 2 months for my sunnies to arrive, I live in Australia. Their customer service is horrible, they answer every 72h, they never come back to you you have to chase them. One of the sunnies was too big and not as the photo. After saying 5 days for an answer they refuse to do refund. The sunnies are really poor quality. DO NOT BUY from them.

Ordered sunglasses in January, just received them today (August!) Glasses are of ok quality but will definitely never buy again from them

Not happy with my glasses is not on time and to little and is not balance the glass holder is long and short.

Pathetic service, more than 2 weeks and no sign of Delivery. They can't afford express shipping and charge you 10$ for shipping with national services. I'm worried the product quality is going to be worse.

The worst I Have been waiting for this items for almost 4 and nothing yet the only answer that I get from customer service is because is due the COVID 19 situation which of course I understand but 4 months ? I bought a camera in Hong Kong it took 10 days to arrive so this is ridiculous with the answer of “currier trying to ship to Australia” extremely disappointed I’m still fighting to get my money back

Do not buy!! After finally receiving my package after 3.5 months, I’m even more disappointed by the quality. I’ve bought $5 sunnies from Bali which are way better quality and look better, cheap lightweight plastic, and they look terrible. Waste of $90 and over 3 months of my time trying to chase them up, I ended up spending the money on ray bans, so these will never be worn again.

Despite the bad reviews I placed an order. The sunglasses were delivered after 1 week in the Netherlands. I don’t have any problems with this company. Great sunglasses!

Wish there was a 0. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Numerous emails no actual responses apart from the same template email every time. Habe not received items 4 months on and they will not provide refund. Worst ever

I waited for almost 1 month. The customer support e-mail is "do not replay" e-mail and when I contacted them via form they replied after 1 week. The glasses do not look as good as on the picture. I do not recommend this seller.

DO NOT BUY!! Glasses are very poor quality and do not reflect the price. The 2 for 1 deal is a scam as they always offer it and they will give you one pair of sunglasses that are plastic. The glasses are too small, wonky and poorly made with a low finish. Shipping cost is very expensive and returns policy is rubbish. I would definitely not buy from these ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Achtung! Sonnenbrillen kommen nicht an. Auch nach längerem hin und her mit dem Kundenservice. Das Bestelldatum liegt nun mehr als 2 Monate zurück, der Kundenservice meldet sich mittlerweile nicht mehr. Wirklich schade..

SCAM They’re based in Spain and avoid Australian consumer law. I bought two pairs of glasses 3 months ago and in that three months the only response they have for me is to “check the tracking link”, which shows it left the country and nothing more. I feel stupid for buying from here but hope it means I can help others to not make the same mistake.

This online shop is just not trust worthy. I have order 4 sunglasses. After I have returned 3 of them they published the information on their website that there will be no refunds given because it was a "2 for 1" deal. If I had known this before I would not have placed an order in the first place. Besides, it has been the worst customer experience I have experienced sinces a long time: - the return process was a pain to go through with several forms to fill out and many steps on the website to click through. - they never confirmed receiving my return shipment eventhough it was sent 3 weeks ago. (DHL has lead times to spain of max 4-5 days). - I paid for the return shipment myself (9 EUR!!) I should have just keep all sunclasses and save the money for the return because I do not seem to get a refund anyways.
