NO COMPREN AQUÍ! NO ENTREGAN LOS PEDIDOS!! Pedí el 13 de diciembre 2020 (hace más de 1 mes) el pedido número DF29683MX y Nadie me contesta! No me dan respuesta y me mandan puros correos automatizados. Es increíble que no puedan tener una persona que de servicio a cliente.

So I purchaced pair of glasses on 16 november and now, 30 december I still don’t have my order. They told me it was a missunderstanding because the package arrived in Russia and it was a delay there. I am writing mails to them for 2 weeks and they don’t respond to any. They told me last week that the package will arrive in the following days....a big lie. I think I will contact my consumer protection agency.

Dear people avoid this fraudulent site. I ordered the boots at the beginning of the 10th month, it is now 12, my boots as well as the refund has not arrived yet. After the order was placed, I was told that the shipment should arrive in 10-15 days. After 20 days, I call them to see what happened to my shipment, they reply that unfortunately they are no longer in stock. Angry and frustrated that no one informed me about it, I order others, which should also arrive in 10-15 days, however, and nothing from that shipment. I call them and they answer that the boots were in the HR post, another lie of theirs (I contacted the HR post, and they reject any link that the package was with them). What I want to say is that you don't do business with them, is that they already have a well-developed system of deceiving, lying, cheating customers, and they obviously succeed. I wore Dr. Franklin's shoes for about 3 months and already had a huge hole in the sole of my shoe. According to Dr. Franklin says this is normal wear and tear and not a guarantee case. So after a short time I can throw the shoes away and don't see a cent for it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered sunglasses last week. Got it on time and in perfect conditions! I was really surprised after reading about bad reviews online but there was no problem with my order! I recommend for sure.

AVOID. Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses and only 1 pair arrived. I was told to contact Royal Mail and they are now being unresponsive. Abysmal service.

Bought 2 pairs in june. Now it's december and there's still no trace. Customer support is not helpful, kept telling me to wait and finally stopped responding. No refund or information at all. Very disappointed. Do not buy from them!

Ordered last week, today monday they are there. Im in portugal and they have a stand here, it was shipped within portugal, I guess thats why it was fast! quality looks great! Now ill test the blue light block glasses for editing

Ordered my glasses on 12th of November. Updates about tracking were sent that day. Parcel arrived on 28th of November. Overall I thought the turn around time wasn't too bad considering it came from Spain and the covid restrictions. Quality of the glasses is great. Look and feel fantastic.

Ordered two pairs in September and not received anything 4-6 weeks later so I’ve contacted the customer service team via email and had over 20 responses ‘we are looking into it’. I then learned that they ha supposedly delivered it- they tried to blame address but I showed them the address was correct and requested proof the delivery company has made the drop off... this was 4 weeks ago and despite me asking for contact numbers, manager names or the delivery company details they have not yet resolved this. D.Franklin even asked me to hand write a letter confirming there was no delivery. 3 months later and they are refusing refund and refusing to give me telephone numbers or managers names to escalate this further. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- ITS A SCAM!! Read the other reviews and you will see this is not the first time either.

Ordered sunglasses 3 MONTHS AGO and they only just arrived today with the box crushed. Surprised that the sunglasses aren't bent Not worth the money, don't buy from here

Ordered sunglasses in July via their webstore and have not seen sunglasses nor money back. Customer service is awful....lots of emails back and forth saying they are looking into this. Do not order from website.

Do NOT order from this company. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses , spent €70. They said shipping would be 24/72hrs I emailed them 2 weeks later as I still hadn’t received the glasses and they emailed back saying they’d been delivered which in fact they had not been delivered. Money stealing scammers

Waiting 45 days for a case resolution. I return a item by post office, have the receipt and prove that the item was deliver 45 days ago and your service tell’s me that the company dont received the item.. how this possible??? And say that the covid 19 is the problem. To send the package no problem with covid 19, but for return money the problem is covid 19?? And to mutch time beetween emails.. this is a good company or a scam??? 45 days??

Ordered from them twice already and I am super happy with them! Delivery took only 10days to Croatia even if it says 5 maximum, but during these times I really thought it would take more than a month. Definitely will order again!

Ordered two sunglasses to the US. What a mistake. naively thinking that I'm the costumer, this company is rolling their responsibly of a failed delivery on me and refuse to refund me! The address I gave was correct, I have showed them proofs! But still, refuse to refund me. Thiefs
