“I ordered 2 x pairs of sunglasses and they never arrived. The "tracking" showed that the parcel never made it to Australia and that I didn't receive it. They asked me to fill in an affidavit so the original postal service could investigate. I did. Oh turns out a digital signature wasn't good enough. They offered no support, made no effort to investigate the issue, and refused a refund. I had to contact my bank to try and obtain a refund, it's still pending. Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. Terrible customer service and you don't get the products you paid hundreds of dollars for.”

“I ordered two sunglasess, but one of the received cases was empty. One of the recieved sunglasse cases was deffected,you cant close it, because there was missing magnet. The delivery was supposed to be 10 days, but was 20 instead. Terrible customer service. When I contacted customer support they said that everything is correctly sent out and they can't help me. When I said I have proof that they didnt send both sunglasses, they stoped replying to me. They think we are lying, so we are immediately contacting a lawyer to sue D.Franklin's company so we can prove ourselves right. Then when I get the second pair of sunglasses they don't want to send me, I will never choose these scammers again in my life.”

“I wish I had read these awful reviews before I placed order. Am waiting over 3 weeks now for my order!! No replies to queries, no sign of boots arriving and had planned on using them on a ski trip but I leave in a few days!!! No help, no sign of them and highly unlikely I will have them either based on the reviews here!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... its a scam.”

“If i could give them a zero I would. Do not deal with this company. They sent my item to the wrong address, even though I informed them of the error repeatedly. Then when I tried to get a refund I was sent a packing slip to return the item. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO THAT WHEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I returned trainers a few days too late because they’re only have 2 weeks return policy.. which is a joke. I spent more than £40 on shoes and £16 for return and now they’re coming back from Spain to UK again. And the reason why it wasn't possible to return in such a short period was my surgery, after which I couldn't move. If I knew they’re have 2 weeks return policy I will never order anything from that website!”

“Da mogu dala bi ocjenu 0. Nikome ne bi preporučila kupnju preko ove stranice koja krade vaš novac. Par sati nakon kupnje nisam mogla reklamirati narudžbu. Ignoriraju moje mailove, ne poštuju prava potrošača. Strašno!!”
