DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Worst customer service, bad quality! Received after a month 2 pairs of glasses, one already broken, the other one can’t be used as the frame can’t be open! Asked for refund, still no answer from them!

I will not speak about the quality .When you give 40 euro for sunglasses you will get the quality you payed for.But there was a problem with the one of the 2 pairs i bought.When you wear them you feel like your eyes will pop out of your head will melt like jell.I send them pictures from the inside the lens where you could easy see the problem even from the photos.All good until then.They told me to break them so they replace . I breaked them and after that they told me they are out of stock for that code.Ok i say no problem send me an other.Since that day and its almost one month since then, noone reply to mails or anythink.It is not about the 40 euro its about how bad support they have.They take the money and then you can go and f..... yourself.Do not buy from this company cause they just want to take your money .

Worst experience ever! I bought 4 pairs of sunglasses and return them because of low quality. And I never received my money back! I lost 125$ plus 25$ for shipping the products back! It’s a scam! Please do not purchase from them in order to avoid this trouble!

I mean the products are fine. But the return process is dumb, (trying not to curse). You can not replace items and if the shoes don't fit you have to fund the shipping back to the company. Place the new order of the shoes you want and pay again. You have 14 days and shipping takes up to 12.

Achtung Retouren müssen auf eigene Kosten teuer noch Spanien geschickt werden. Das wird nirgendwo erwähnt. Ebenso weigern sie sich den gesamten gezahlten Betrag zu erstatten inkl. Versandkosten. Bestellt aus Deutschland.

Bought two pairs of Dr. Franklin's sun glasses. They looked really look nice on Dr. Franklins website, and they really hooked me with a great promotion (2x1). After receiving the products, i felt pure dissapointment. The quality of the glasses is overall just sad. The glasses are made entirely out of cheap plastic, the frame of the glasses feels fragile, the design just doesnt look as presented digitally. Dr. Franklin clearly spends more on their digital marketing strategy (add placement, product presentation, social media content, etc.) than on their products. It immediately felt ripped off. Next, requesting the return form is only possible through an intransparent and complicated application process on their website. Shortly after you receive an automatic answer that states: "We work exclusively from Monday to Friday on the return form requests, and it can last up to 3 days until you receive your return form." What really shocked me was the following realization. The return package must be sent to Spain within 14 days from the day you receive the product. From most central and northern European countries like Germany, where i live, it lasts at least 5 workdays to ship a package to Spain. Just do the math. My recommendation: if you think about returning your Dr. Franklin products, do it fast and make sure to trace your package! Otherwise the return package won't make it on time or you can't prove it arrived on time. Interestingly, the package doesnt make it within the 14 days, "the package needs to be picked by the buyer at their central facility". If this doesnt happen after 3 months, "the product will be donated to charity". No name of the charity organization is mentioned. Again, do the math.

I oreder sunglasses but the quality was really poor. When i returned my order its more than 2 months and I still dont have my money back. I already wrote them several messages but without any response. I WOULD NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!

They sell Chinese size slides and their size guide is EU/UK/US. It is completely misleading, I wear number 40 -41 and the first time I ordered the 41 as in their website they recommend ordering the largest. 41 ended up small so I returned it and I ordered the 42. So 42 came and it is still small! I measured my foot and it is 255 so according to their guide number 40 should have been just fine. Now I need to return the 42 and order 43 which means 20euro plus to the initial price just to return products that their description on the website is wrong. Of course they denied to send me a prepaid label or refund the postage cost.

DON'T SHOPE from D.Franklin! Shoes broke + Super bad consumer care. I bought a pair of shoes from D.Franklin that broke in several places after less than a month. I contacted them and was sure that they would refund me but got the replay that they broke due to "wear and tear"...after a month. So according to them, after a month the product is fully used and ready to throw away basically.

Vorsicht!! Das Paket kommt aus Spanien, Verkäufer muss die Rücksendungkosten selbst übertragen. Ohne Sendungsverfolgung gibt's keine Garantie, dass du das Geld zurück bekommst. Das Paket aus Deutschland kostet 15€. Dazu das Qualität ist Scheisse.

I placed an order by mistake. Sadly, a cancellation was not possible (even though I directly contacted the customer service after the order). After delivery to a parcel shop the package was sent back to D.Franklin by them, because I didn't pick up the package. Since then the package should be back to the premises of D. Franklin since the end of March. I didn't get a refund, the customer service is horrible and I don't think I will ever get my money back. Just don't do it.

Unfortunately I’ve stumbled upon these reviews just after I had ordered 2 sunglasses. Immediately I chose to cancel the order, which is an option you can choose when filling in their contact form. Their reponse is the following: Hello, please, note that the estimated response time is 24 to 48 hours, so your order may not be canceled in time. If the order is sent, our recommendation is that you reject it since the courier will send it back to us. Thank you in advance. Greetings Also in another automated response they even wrote it takes 48 - 72 hours to reply… This is rediculous, after reading their reviews this will likely mean I will have to pay the shipping cost because they weren’t able to cancel it. I believe this is done on purpose as a way of creating a higher barrier for customers to cancel their order.

I ordered a size 39 shoe from this company. The shows are not size 39 - they're a 38 at most. I can barely get my feet into them. When you leave a review or ask them a question about it they say you should check the size guide. They know these shoes are too small and won't make it clear that you should definitely order at least one size up. If not two. I think a size 40 in these might still be too small for me. I measured the shoes - they say on the size guide that the length is 249mm. A standard size 39 instep is 246mm. So you would think its ok. The 249mm is not the instep. It's the absolute maximum length of the sole include the bits that stick at out the toe and heel. This company will respond to bad reviews - they are only concerned about social media - they do not have good quality control.

I ordered sunglasses and blue light glasses. Paid 70€ and got very poor quality glasses. Sunglasses feel like those aliexpress 2 euro glasses, they were paced shitty, and I'm impressed that they didn't break in the package. Blue light glasses were packed better but are smaller than on pictures and the glass is not see-through, it's very blurry and makes my headache, but I bought them bc I work on a laptop and need to protect my eyes and prevent headaches. So i do not reccomend this website

I have ordered two pair of sunglasses (~60€) a month ago, the money was immeditly deducted from my bank account. I did not get any confirmaton email about the order. I sent 3 emails to get some information but still no answer. Shame on this company, i will turn official authorities!

Very poor sunglasses - based in Barcelona, so if you return them, you have to pay for global shipping avoid !
