Purchased shoes from the UK, when they finally arrived they were tacky and cheap. I followed the process on the website to return at my own expense, address given was Spain!!! I paid, with tracking, after a month of no refund, I decided to track my return and see what was going on, tracking stated my item was 'delivery attempted and refused' and was no stuck in the Spanish postage service somewhere. I contacted D.Franklin and they responded saying it was refused because the UK is no longer in the EU they would have had to pay customs charges to receive the return, and I should have put on the customs form that the item was only worth £1 so they wouldn't have to pay! I of course replied stating that that is fraud and I would report them to the UKICC, they responded stating they would fully refund me.... Don't buy from them, really not worth it!

DO NOT order from this company. They did not deliver my order, then when I asked them to send it again they told me they couldn't because the item has sold out, but they also are refusing to refund me and only offer a gift card. I've been going back and forth in a 15 email conversation with their customer service team who are refusing to refund me. Honestly, if you don't want to have your money taken from you without receiving what you order, just go shop with @meller

Boots ordered 27/1/22. Still not with me. Appalling customer care. Going to the Small Claims court on Friday to get money back. Wish me luck.

I have returned the item and they refuse to take it. after that i have never get my order. Always lie they contact me . Pathetic customer services.

I was out of the city, when shoes arrived. When I returned 2 weeks later and could try it on, I figured out, it is too small. Asked for a refund and was refused for a formal reason - 14 days have passed.No solution for changing it, or being human and accepting a refund. They just stole my money! By the way, the shoes looks quite low-grade and smells after cheap rubber

Schuhe bestellt und zurück geschickt. Zuerst meldet der Kundenservice sich gar nicht zurück. Erst als ich den Fall bei PayPal geöffnet habe kam mal eine Nachricht. Angeblich sei das Paket nach einem Monat immernoch nicht angekommen. Nach den ganzen negativen Bewertungen hier wundert es mich nicht. Nie wieder!!!!

A shocking company, and yes, my shoes were also far too small (seems to be a theme from this seller) so i returned them. Courier says my parcel was rejected at the door (Franklins have no explanation for this either, it 'just happens'), even though I paid £17 to return them safely with tracking. Now they're lost in a system in Spain. What a terrible company! DO NOT USE!

I have placed an order and after 2 weeks i got it .As soon as i got it the glasses were not fitted to my face, i have returned it in 3 days. Obviously it takes time and when it reached to spain from uk. And they have returned to me again. Witout making any contact.? what a digusting customer services.

Omg I Wish I have read this earlier.. The shoes are small and now I have to send them to Spain?????? Is this a joke.. I am sorry for all you guys that fell in this trap as me.

the delivery was slow, it took a month to deliver from spain to Greece but the shoes were perfect and the size is correct

Placed my order May 2021, have not seen the product, adequate response to my (MANY) emails to customer service or my money. It will soon be over 2 years since I’ve placed the order…. Terrible service, brand and approach.

Keine Antwort vom Support. Mangelhafte/ Defekte und Minderwetige Ware. Die Lasche vom Schuh ist beim anziehen abgerissen. Die Schuhe wirken billig und riechen nach Chemie. Wie billige Plagiate. A disgrace of a company, I ordered Shoes and never received them or a tracking number so I send numerous emails to them regarding this matter and each Time I get an automated message. Terrible service! Avoid at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!!! Had to return boots to Spain from the UK at my own cost, now UPS are stating D Franklin are refusing delivery of the parcel and UPS are going to charge me to send the item back to the UK!!! Totally disgusting service, email received is cryptic and no help whatsoever.. will be taking this further considering other people’s experiences this company should not be allowed to continue in this way!

Boots took over a month to arrive and now they are here they are garbage. Bad quality and way too small. From reading other reviews looks like it will be a hassle to return and cost me money too. Don't buy anything from them.

I tried to return an item and after one month I am still waiting and fighting for my refund. I emailed them to ask how to proceed and I only got an automatic email sharing some instructions. I waited a bit to see if somebody would reply to my email but after a while I proceeded to send the product back following the guidance of the automatic email at my own cost. What is my surprise that the post agency has informed me that my parcel was refused by the recipient. Furthermore, as the item was sent from overseas it will not be returned to me. So I have not only lost the product but the money and the money I spent to send it back. When trying to contact D.Franklin they seemed not to even read my emails and reply late and useless things. Such an awful customer experience, I will for sure never buy again from this shop.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! i waited month. Shoes they came too small. when I ask for a refund, they offer me shipping to Spain at my expense! Terible customer service. There is not much information during the shipment. Waste of money and time.
