I am a victim of this company. 1 month of the order and still no sign of delivery. Their customer service is dead, never replies. The more I read through other people’s comments, the more I angry I become. Such a shitt company. Never ever recommending this to anyonee.

They are the SCAMMERS. I recently ordered 2 sunglasses from them but its been almost a month and they haven’t arrived yet. Upon contacting their customer service, they told me that it will take 5-15 business days but its already been a month. Now I’ve tried contacting them several times but they don’t reply my email. Honestly, I was very excited about dr Franklin but with this type of customer service, they are never going anywhere. SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

It's been 11 days since i paid the order and the parcel was not even sent. I also ordered boots last year and they are ok, but I also waited too long for the package. Unfortunately, I will not order again because it makes no sense for winter to pass every time until I receive the package that I paid for. Customer service is non-existent.

I bought a pair of snow boots 4 days ago. The quality is terrible. After 3 days walk , the bottom where my feet stand , started to melt and a hole appeared. 70,00euros lost. People should know. Terrible 😔😔😔

Took the money 2 weeks later no order. Shipping info looks fake Emails go unreplied. Basically a scam Steer clear at all costs

Not surprised to see its 2.2 rating on this website. Order on 18/9/22 and haven't received the order yet as of 30/10/22. Email twice; first email asked me to wait for 15 days. Second email after 30 days past of ordering just beating around the bush and still asking me to wait for undisclosed time.

Bought a UK size 7/EU 40 and they do not fit...way too small. Compared to my size UK7 Vans they are about 1.5 inches smaller. To return them costs 30e..... absolute scam and a joke! I would never buy from these. Their customer service isn't great either. They take days to respond and aren't at all helpful. Wish I read reviews here first!

I purchased on 30/09. After one week, still didn't had any information about the shipping. I contact them on e-mail, facebook and instagem privately. They told me someone will get back to me, as a priority. Nobody did. Then I left public messages on facebook and instagram and again on the e-mail. They reply me on private and erase my post. After 10 days still in the dark, I tried again and after nothing I cancel and request for refund. At least this was quick. But my refund is not on account yet.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Its been 2 months since ive made my purchase and yet to get my purchase. They will not do a thing to rectify their wrong doings. This company is a fraud. Trust me and avoid avoid avoid. You will regret it.

I ordered two times at D.Franklin. My first parcel arrived after about one month of waiting at my adress. About a week later I ordered another sunglasses and some pouches to the same andress and my order never arrived. After two months of waiting I e-mailed them and they replied that my andress doesn't exist and that my parcel got sent back to their department, eventhough they have sent me a parcel to the exact same adress before.They also told me that my sunglass mkdel I ordered isn't available anymore and that I have to look for a different model. That doesn't make any sense at all. Because they just got my parcel delivered back to their office and just have to resend it to my andress. How is it possible that my sunglasses model doesn't exist anymore if they have my parcel with my orders inside in front of them. It's a very suspicious company with a terrible customer service. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM D.FRANKLIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered over one month ago, goods were shipped , in theory , last week, but, they arrived in Holland to be processed by Post NL! Customer care ignores my emails where I state that I will not be to the specified address due to their huge delay in the shipment. Obviously they did not take my request into account. Which means the goods will be returned to them and my money will be refunded , if they wiill be , in a long time. Terrible experience, i urge customers to avoid this merchant.

I received my sunglasses in really bad shape. I've made some pictures to proof to the customer service of D.Franklin how bad it was. The whole package was damaged before I even opened it. Really disappointing... I asked the customer service for a refund or a chance to receive different sunglasses. This is how they responded: "Sometimes sunglasses need to be adjusted. You can do it yourself, by following these instructions. Please proceed to try to reposition both temples in the same position. To do this, you can first try to adjust the screw that holds the pin to the frame. Sometimes the screw may be too tight or loose causing the pins to be at different levels. If this is not the issue, try adjusting the temples by heating the end of the pin with your hand or a hairdryer and pressing for a few seconds and letting go, repeating this operation until both pins are at the same level". I just can't believe this response. Never seen anything like this.. What lousy customer service. They sent me a pair of poor quality sunglasses and then they assume I'll fix it myself with a hair dryer and screwdriver? That's just hilarious. DO YOURSELF A GREAT FAVOUR AND NEVER BUY FROM D.Franklin

The worst company, DO NOT BUY. Bought two sunglasses, delivery date was passed the promised date that I was gonna get them. Got them and wanted to return straight away, which they make you pay for and then once sent back, tracked Royal Mail, they purposely do not receive the item so they can keep your money. This is a scam company. They delete comments from Instagram of un happy customers and then block you! It’s about time trading standards and police are involved which is coming! No more trading for this company in the Uk!

No customer service!! 1 pair was broken and have submitted pictures any everything they asked for on the day but now being ghosted. Just don't risk it!!! Invest from a shop and other online store!

Sunglasses never arrived so chased the customer service. was told there was a mistake with the address. same address that i always use. re-formatted it and product still not arrived. re-email customer service and told that there is a 'little' delay and so wait longer. it has now been 2 months on a product whose shipping was 14 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. have requested a refund.

Hi, I have ordered on 21 of june the package with 2x glasses Dfranklin number : DF302761EU, and got the confirmation, was waiting 3 weeks, and it had been not delievered after i texted to customers service 10 times and got reply that the adress was not correct, but it was totally correct. After that, your customer service offered me to reorder that again with their help, so your customer service resended me the package again with the correct adress on 21 of july. and week ago on the tracking number there was written that it sending back because of incorrect adress, but again the adress was totally correct. I cannot wait anymore, please solve my problem immideatly and make it delievered with DHL or whatever to make me have glasses this week or give me back my money.
