Lousy service. I ordered and paid in full for my boots 10 days ago. They were supposed to arrive on the 15th, but nothing. I write and rewrite everywhere and get only responses from automated BOTs and unbelievable spam with clickbait-titled emails and controversial information. Finally today they decided to answer me and in the email, they told me everything is fine, it's just delayed. A couple of hours later they wrote me via Instagram saying that my order was canceled due to a technical error (!!) and that they had forwarded my refund. All this 5 days before Christmas and it was a gift. Scandalous. I will never buy from them again. Now I find myself on December 19 having to look for another one. I like the hundreds of people who complain about the same things on the brand's social media.

I ordered boots in the wrong size and I wrote to them and returned package with that boots in their original boc because I didnt even try the boots, just have looked on them and that is all. I immediately sent them back. First, they didnt answer to my email and than at the end, when they got that package-they refused it!!! And sent it back to me without an explanation and answer. I am shocked how rude is that, and also very, very disapointed.

11 days ago i bought item from Franklin. It has not even shipped yet even tho they said it will be send within few days maximum. Not to be trusted. Customer service just redirects you to email.

Got an email saying item has been delivered when it has not been delivered. Tried multiple times emailing customer service to advise the mistake and wanting an update but keep getting automated emails or them saying item has been delivered and that’s it. Asking for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. ridiculous.

I have bought boots from a physical store and after wearing them only for 4 months, they tore off completely. Quite disappointing for the quality offered. Wouldn't buy again from this brand.

J'ai commandé une paire de lunettes que j'ai reçu totalement asymétrique, en la posant sur le nez les 2 branches ne touchaient pas mes oreilles. Et un des deux verres ne remplissait même pas le tour de la monture correctement. J'ai fait une réclamation pour un échange, et j'ai reçu une paire défectueuse mais moins prononcé, je lui ai donc laissé une chance malgré tout. Et moins d'un mois après et 4 utilisation plus tard. Une des deux branches est partie ! Alors jai refait une réclamation et on me refuse tout retour ou remboursement car j'ai pas constaté ce problème à la réception. Les lunettes sont d'une qualité médiocre et je ne recommande clairement pas ce fournisseur.

I didn’t even receive my order yet and I am having such poor customer service support that I am shocked! If you ever have a real issue or questions they are sending out automatic machine answers to everyone that are exactly the same. I have requested to be contacted by someone who can provide me with the information but it has been very difficult to reach them. I am considering canceling my order but I am actually scared that I will have trouble getting my money back.

D.Franklin had a deal on for 2 for 1 sunglasses. I put an order through but did not go through as the current deal. I contacted D.Franklin straight away and they refused to honour the current deal and they seemed quite blunt in their reply emails. Customer service don’t get back to you in a reasonable time frame and are clearly not customer focus. D.Franklin are obviously trying to make more money. I will not be buying anything from D.Franklin ever again and will be returning my glasses out of principle once they arrive.

Unbelieveable ! ! After only 5 month the material on my glasses started to peel off. I always look after my things and kept my glasses in the provided case. The answer of D Franklin’s “Quality Department” regarding an exchange: We have checked the images with our Quality Department, and they indicate that the material does not deteriorate if the glasses are used correctly. What you are showing us is not a manufacturing defect, but the result of improper use. We have no record of any similar incidents with the sunglasses from this collection. We are sorry, but in this case, the claim has been rejected. Simply rejected. That’s such a gross impertinence.

They sent me a damaged item and an incorrectly coloured item, and their customer service is appalling. They haven't apologised, they've put the onus on me to go out of my way and return the items, and won't issue a full or partial refund. Poor quality, poor service, avoid this company.

The trainers I ordered are sized totally wrong for UK size. I’ve tried to contact customer service 3 times with no reply whatsoever! Disgusting customer service after spending close to £100!!

Terrible! I always order the same size shoes and this is the first time they don't fit: way too small! There is no mention anywhere on the website that the sizes are small. I had to wait a very long time for the package to be delivered and have to pay the shipping costs for the refund myself. EXPENSIVE! Quality of the shoe is not OK!!

Seems to be the same story as other customers. Ordered from the UK website in my normal standard size 6, but when the trainer's came they were too small, followed the return process and was told to post to Spain at my own expense. The cost of postage was nearly the cost of the trainer's as I bought in the sale so hardly worth my while to return. The sizing in these shoes is way off so I can't comment on the shoes themselves but I will never buy from them again online. Terrible customer service.

Purchased shoes from the UK, when they finally arrived they were tacky and cheap. I followed the process on the website to return at my own expense, address given was Spain!!! I paid, with tracking, after a month of no refund, I decided to track my return and see what was going on, tracking stated my item was 'delivery attempted and refused' and was no stuck in the Spanish postage service somewhere. I contacted D.Franklin and they responded saying it was refused because the UK is no longer in the EU they would have had to pay customs charges to receive the return, and I should have put on the customs form that the item was only worth £1 so they wouldn't have to pay! I of course replied stating that that is fraud and I would report them to the UKICC, they responded stating they would fully refund me.... Don't buy from them, really not worth it!

DO NOT order from this company. They did not deliver my order, then when I asked them to send it again they told me they couldn't because the item has sold out, but they also are refusing to refund me and only offer a gift card. I've been going back and forth in a 15 email conversation with their customer service team who are refusing to refund me. Honestly, if you don't want to have your money taken from you without receiving what you order, just go shop with @meller
