"I received used pair of shoes which is shocking."

"Do not buy from this site! There are some thieves who trick people just to take their money. When you receive your order, you will only receive poor quality items that are not worth the money. A serious company does not do such things to sting people who do not respond to e-mails. I sent the return back after many insistences, only to be refused the package, only to not give my money back.I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It doesn't deserve a star."

"Lousy service.\r\nI ordered and paid in full for my boots 10 days ago.\r\nThey were supposed to arrive on the 15th, but nothing.\r\nI write and rewrite everywhere and get only responses from automated BOTs and unbelievable spam with clickbait-titled emails and controversial information.\r\nFinally today they decided to answer me and in the email, they told me everything is fine, it's just delayed. A couple of hours later they wrote me via Instagram saying that my order was canceled due to a technical error (!!) and that they had forwarded my refund.\r\nAll this 5 days before Christmas and it was a gift.\r\nScandalous. I will never buy from them again. Now I find myself on December 19 having to look for another one.\r\nI like the hundreds of people who complain about the same things on the brand's social media."

I always look after my things and kept my glasses in the provided case.\r\n\r\nThe answer of D Franklin\u2019s \u201cQuality Department\u201d regarding an exchange:\r\n\r\nWe have checked the images with our Quality Department, and they indicate that the material does not deteriorate if the glasses are used correctly.\r\n\r\nWhat you are showing us is not a manufacturing defect, but the result of improper use. We have no record of any similar incidents with the sunglasses from this collection.\r\n\r\nWe are sorry, but in this case, the claim has been rejected.\r\n\r\nSimply rejected. That\u2019s such a gross impertinence."

"I have placed an order and after 2 weeks i got it .As soon as i got it the glasses were not fitted to my face, i have returned it in 3 days.\r\nObviously it takes time and when it reached to spain from uk. And they have returned to me again.\r\nWitout making any contact.?\r\nwhat a digusting customer services."

Second email after 30 days past of ordering just beating around the bush and still asking me to wait for undisclosed time."
