“I have tried for over 6 months to get a refund of a defective dress and the cost of shipping to return the dress to the seller. I was promised a refund for both from the seller's account if the seller did not produce the refund themselves or respond which they did neither. They now have the dress back at my cost. DH Gate Customer service has done nothing but give me lip service...give us 48 hours, over and over and over again. Quoted direct from their CS "I can completely understand your side on this matter. If that happened to me I’d be really upset too. At the same time this is the most that we can do at the moment however we will not stop until you get your money back." So, out of spite, he rejected my refund request and shipped me a pair of socks instead!!! I just received the shipment in the mail today and I am FURIOUS!!!!”

Those looking for bargains have the urge to over look the obvious scam and proceed to waste their money on products they will never receive. Most seller's will provide you with bogus tracking numbers making you wait for up to 4 weeks on packages that end up going to another state or arrive and is nothing like the item described. I bought a vacuum and received a fake pair of Oakleys. They even spelled my name wrong on the shipping label. Dhgate won't work with you to get your money back or make the seller's supply the advertised product. Don't fall for this like I did. This is a down right scam! Buyer beware.”
