“Please be careful. I ordered five flower girl dresses for my wedding through DHGate. The seller was Manweisi. I've been given nothing but a pack of lies from them about why they haven't been delivered and countless times been told their on their way. It's been over a month now. Intially they said they were delivered and when I followed the tracking order it said they'd been delivered to the US and not Australia. I lodged a dispute only to be told the seller would send them last week through priority post at his expense. He told me it had left his factory that day and that I should have it within days. Contacted him three times asking for a tracking number. It still hasn't been provided. Just lodged another complaint with DHGate who have my money. They said they'd contact the seller to tell him to send it today. Seems nothing has been shipped at all. I've now requested a full refund however doubt I'll be paid. I'll definitely be making sure the public are aware of their activities if I don't receive my full refund by tomorrow. Very worried. When I googled DHGate and their seller Manweisi all I see is scam warnings! Be carefull everyone keep well clear of this company”
“Scammers. I ordered two things and cancelled within minutes after reading the reviews. They went and shipped my items anyway. When I received one of them, it was nothing like the description. The second order never arrived, I was given a fake tracking number. I went through hell to get my money back taking photos of everything. Worst experience EVER. if you want to deal with such a website, shop st wish. At least they don’t give you that hard of a time when it comes time for a refund. “my nightmare with this scam company started when i placed 2 orders about 5 days apart. I received a p.o. number and a tracking number for each order. Tracking on the dhgate website leaves a lot to be desired....better to use "parcelsapp.com", they do a much better job. I live in LOUISIANA, USA. One order was delivered to an address in PORTSMOUTH, N.H., USA (this is about 1700 MILES from where I live). The second order was delivered to an address in COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, USA (this is about 1100 MILES from where I live). How could anything this stupid happen??? The ANSWER is that those were NOT tracking numbers assigned to my orders. I apparently was given two random numbers. I have sent messages to the sellers involved but have not received any replies and after this I really do not expect to. ( YOU MIGHT WANT TO AVOID THESE SELLERS---belt1997 AND yubi188----a.k.a. crooks and liers, in my opinion) I then sent a message to dhgate today explaining this horrid situation with 2 different sellers(they may be the SAME SELLER using different names...who knows?) and am waiting for a reply....answered within 24 hours, they say. I do doubt that however. In my opinion, based on my dhgate experience, dhgate if full of liars, cheats, crooks and con men. My recommendation would be, if you value your money, would be to avoid dhgate like the Great Plague . Maybe I am just unlucky...they probably do send out a few orders just to keep a few suckers ordering from them. Ordering from dhgate is just like throwing your money in the trash. AVOID DHGATE and keep your money. Better to buy from ebay or amazon, a bit more expensive BUT you will get your order and customer service is first class....not like this scam website. Remember the old expression " A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED"

“DHGATE AND DRESS STOP SHOULD GET OUT OF BUSINESS!! I ordered a dress in may and received it 3 weeks late and 2 sizes smaller. The seller needed proof that the size was wrong so I sent pictures to prove it. He agreed and asked to sent it back to his shop. My refund was supposed to be 126.40 plus 30 for shipping as agreed I mailed back the dress may 31 just 2 days after I received it with tracking number and photos of the actual Package finally he got it 10 days later. It's been 3 months of back and forth with DHGATE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST 4 times per week not for the money but the principal because they are promoting bad sellers to steal people's money. The seller first said the refund was issued and when I asked for proof that's when he stopped responding so I posted a bad review on his site. WELL HE ASKED SOMEONE TO TEXT ME ON WHATS UP AND START NEGOTIATING WITH ME to remove the REVEW after I get 40 as a down payment and then after it's removed I ll get the rest of my money. I took pictures of the conversation and I will post it soon for everyone to see how low people GO for money.

I tried to contest it with the credit card company, but that was unsuccessful so because of DHGate, I cancelled my credit card without paying for this junk. I have a delivery receipt signed by the seller. The seller says he did not receive the item. Customer service gives me no answer or solution. He answers me with vague and evasive answers. Double damage. I am without the item without the money I spent to buy it. Bad service. Little seriousness.”

The seller (magicweddindress) asked me to send it back at my expense and they would refund me the cost of the dress and the postage. It has been over 2 months that they have the dress back and I have not seen the refund. DH Gate has gotten involved and all they say is "we have contacted the seller. Please give us 48 hours for them to respond." They have done this 5 times. They clearly support their seller's above their customer's. Even though I was told by a representative in May that if the seller didn't issue the refund I would get the refund from DH Gate out of the seller's account. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. I am now trying to get the better business bureau to help me.”
