“I purchased a G5 massage tool for my massage practice. I used it 2 times before it started malfunctioning. I contacted DHgate who put me in touch with he seller, who gave me a work around where I had to open the product and adjust the circuit board. That worked for a short time and then messed up again. I did this 3 or 4 times. Then I contacted the seller back and they sent me a new circuit board, on which the connectors didn't match. Their communication through all of this was very slow. Now they won't even respond. I have contacted DHgate many times through out this process and all they tell me is that my order is closed so its out of their hands, but they will contact the seller. Which has done nothing. It was a waste of money and a huge pain. I will never use DHgate again and will tell all of my fellow massage therapists and students the same. This has been an unprofessional experience. There is a lack of integrity and this feels like a huge scam.”

Ontop of that they were not even close to what was advertised. I swatched them and they were not pigmented at all. So disappointed that DH Gate is supporting this seller. This is a scam! “One star is far to many. The item I purchased was of poor quality, not as described. The dress was supposed to be ankle length and I'm 5'7 and it dragged on the floor. Everything about the dress was cheap! Albeit they were happy to refund my money, I had to return the item on my dollar. The shipping cost to return exceeded the $147 I paid for the dress. I will never waste my money on anything from DHGate ever again.”
“Lack of communication! You cannot get a direct answer. I ordered an item that did not show the delivery time until after I ordered it. Then it showed 7 to 30 days out. Well I had enough time still however it came 39 days which then it was too LATE!!! Tried it on to discover that Large does not mean large to them it mean medium! “I ordered a dress the end of July and paid for it and still have not received it. I have sent many e-mails trying to get this matter resolved and it has not and they have not replied to my e-mails. I asked for that and the seller promised to send and I still have not recieved. How it shipped to another country without a customs invoice is beyond me. There is no way that this all makes sense. “I was ordering a mother of the bride dress from this website. I placed my order at least 2 months before the wedding.
While I did receive my dress, it was so late arriving I wasn’t able to wear it for the wedding.
I tried to cancel my order 3 weeks prior to shipping and it would not let me cancel.
When the dress did arrive I tried to return it for a refund, but the website was sooo confusing and complicated, I could not get past all their requirements to process a refund. I couldn’t even post a review on their website. Will never buy from them again. I should have known better.”

“ DRESSTOP” in DHgate. They didn’t even send me item, so I disputed it for full refund. I ordered 2 weeks ago a item. Other item from other company in DHgate already has arrived. But “DRESSTOP” shop even didn’t not shipping info. Because they didn’t send any to me. DRESSTOP requested me to change item not described, but I refused it, because If I change item not described means, I receive item, but I haven’t received any item from them. They’ve got so angry that I didn’t change it what they want and threatened me not going to full refund and don’t need to full refund. They called me FUC* and go to Hel* and talk about my mother’s belly? I wish I can upload chatting with DRESSTOP. Never buy feom this Seller and be careful!! Do not waste your money and time. I haven’t my money back yet.”
