BEWARE OF THE SELLER "CHINESEBILLIONAIRE"
I ordered a batch of makeup palettes from him and they were nothing like they were in the photos. When they arrived, the eyeshadows were different colors - AND every palette reeked of TOXIC fumes. I could not even keep them in my room.
HE WOULD NOT HELP ME AND MOCKED ME - SAYING IT WAS MY OWN FAULT AND THAT MY REVIEW DIFFERED FROM OTHERS.
UPDATE:
AFTER HANDLING THESE PALETTES, I HAVE CONTRACTED UVEITIS. The doctors informed me that this was caused by "Toxic exposure, such as to pesticides and acids used in manufacturing processes."
The seller himself messaged me saying "I am giving you this refund for your MEDICAL EXPENSES,
"so you can go to the hospital and GET SURGERY"
This was a premeditated attack. The seller knowingly poisoned me, denied it while threatening me consistently, telling me to "go die" and then ended the message by saying "I'm refunding you so you can go to the hospital."
He sent me death threats.
THIS SELLER NEEDS TO BE BANNED OR ELSE I have grounds for a lawsuit. I have the potential to GO BLIND from this makeup and I have proof that he said this money was for my hospital fees.
DHGate - He needs to be banned immediately. If I ever see him on this app again, I will file a lawsuit sharing that you protect sellers WHO POISON CUSTOMERS and SEND THEM DEATH THREATS.”

“Dhgate does not care about the customer. They always side with the seller. There are a few good sellers but the bad outweighs the good!!! Buyer beware!!! Dhgate allows their seller to extort their customers. I gave proof the seller said he would replace my bad items as long as I placed another order!!! “Up until I received my order, my experience with DHG was positive. Customer service reps were responsive and I received AN ORDER -- not what I ordered -- in a timely fashion. I ordered a beautiful gown to wear to a formal work-related event; what I received is what they wanted me to have. The gown that I received was nothing like what I ordered. When I notified the service rep, she said the gown came from the factory, so she was not sure what I received and asked that I submit pix. I informed customer service several times that I wished to return the gown because it was not what I ordered, but she refused to provide instructions on returns. Instead, I was given the runaround. I was asked to upload photos of the gown, which I did; however, the service rep continued to tell me that she did not receive the pix. Very frustrating, to say the least! At this point, I know I am stuck with this gown, unless I decide to sell it. It's just saddening that you spend hard-earned money on a item and what you receive is not what you ordered! I am DONE with DHG! This company is in China, making holding them accountable for shoddy business nearly impossible. I've read reviews on how low DHG's prices are, but remember, you get what you pay for! You may not pay out the monetarily, but you will pay!”
“Read these reviews before ordering!!!! Ordered a picture from this website. Received the wrong picture. Took 3 months and a call to a friend in China to get the correct one sent as communication to and from the seller was slow. Main down fall is that the website has picture upload issues. I reduced sizes below the 1mb allowable cap in .JPG format but always receive an error. I wish I read these reviews first before ordering.”

“I had a dispute with a seller that kept asking me to pick another color of shoes. I told them no thank you but after I noticed status of my order is shipped I asked them why are u telling me the color I wanted is not in stock but the system is saying it’s shipped. After a little back and fourth between the seller (UTAKATA) and I, I called on the dispute people to resolve this isssue in which they told me sorry for the misunderstanding and gave me instructions on how to dispute this transaction and getting my full refund back to me. Well the seller also had an idea to share with me telling me to go to dispute resolution and claim item not as described When I told customer service what they told me to do, the rep told me I would have automatically lost the dispute and the money would of been credited to the seller. So after that I always checked the sellers ratings plus DH has recommended sellers that aren’t there to do shady business and I started going thru sellers with high positive ranks or ones they recommend and never had that problem again. Basically there are definitely vultures on that site to scam people but if u check things out and go thru the right procedures you should be good with purchasing from DH gate. Now it is definitely cheap priced things and that’s not because it is wholesale, it’s because it is knock off everything. You get what u pay for 100%. But for the price if u don’t mind wearing fake brand name stuff, it’s definitely a must have app”
“Have ordered from this company before and even though the dresses I ordered were not exactly as pictured I was for the most part happy with what I got... untill this summer. I wish I could attach a photo showing what they sold vs what I got. The vendor goes by 'click_me' on dhgate site. Dress in photo was cute, pale pink with floral lace pattern. What was sent to me was a dark, pepto-pink with a hideous leaf lace pattern. About the only thing that matched the photo was the cut of the hi-low skirt. And beause I waited more than 7 days to complain they will not offer a return/refund or to remake the dress how it looks int he photo. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. At least it was cheap.”
