“I recently order some items, they promised me to deliver my package 3-9 Business days, unfortunately it's been 3 week I didn't get nothing. I emailed the seller and even DHgate representative called Amanda. Nothings has been done. What they say on the website is trap... Guys take your business somewhere else. “Like most buyers who wrote a review, I also received a tracking number that said package delivered to an address thousands of miles away. How the heck did they get my address wrong in the first place. Filing a dispute was a joke. I had to wait an additional 7 days before any action was taken because the seller was given time to respond to my dispute. There are so many scam shops that are set up on DHgate. My theory is they DHgate is probably the owners of these shops that offer products at a lower price than other shops selling similar items. Buyers are lured into purchasing products that carry fake tracking numbers. Disputes and resolutions take upwards of many weeks depending on the terms of agreements. In the meantime DHgate is holding on to the buyer's money because evidently they do not release funds to the seller until buyer has confirmed and receipt and satisfaction with products. So during this time that DHgate is holding on to your money, they are probably investing that money in something else and is making a profit. So to me this is all a HUGE scam. Just stay away from this site. Their items are all counterfeit anyways so quality is always questionable.”
“I agree with most of the reviews that it is a scam. I ordered 2 item from 2 different sellers and have not received ether items. You just get the run around trying to track down or dispute or refund. Looks like I’m out $276.21 I will continue with Federal Trade Commission, and with Apple App to get DHGate removed. I don’t recommend buying anything from China, it’s just not worth getting ripped off!”

Probably I will never know if the tracking number given to me by the seller was fake (it belongs to someone else) or my order was in fact, delivered to the wrong place. (1,000 miles away from my address).
When you try to open a dispute, such as "Item not received" or "Invalid Tracking Number" you cannot open a dispute because "the seller's delivered estimate time 2019-12-02" please be patient...."however, the USPS site says today - November 7th - "Item DELIVERED"..
The customer support is a JOKE with those useless prompt scripts.

“This site is a SCAM! I ordered more than 10 items because I was new to the site and thought I was getting great deals. What I got was ripped off. I ordered 5 items from seller "tianmaodian2019" who said they shipped my order but gave me bogus tracking numbers. They gave me tracking numbers for packages that have been shipped to states such as IL and CA. Another seller "zhongguopifa998" did the same thing. Another bogus tracking number for something that was delivered to FL. Seller "fashionshoes8886" did the same thing. This bogus tracking number was for package that shipped to OH. I have not received a single item that I ordered. The sham sellers have all closed their sites and turned off their emails. I can't get a response to any emails I tried to send and DHgate won't allow me to open a dispute until after the estimated shipping dates have passed. How this site is still in operation is beyond me. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!”

“Items seems to be delivered to another cities. And when you try to contact the seller it says that store does not exist. DH doesn’t have customer service number or chat. Just and automatic machine that responds simple questions. It was to good to be true.... I feel stupid to believe in scammers like DH gate. I recommend Amazon instead. “This is not about an order,
I am so upset, I have been a loyal customer and a huge fan of DHgate. Then suddenly my card was blocked. I called my bank, it wasn't them. I contacted DHgate and I was told that I am a fraud! I couldn't even begin to get my head around what I was reading.
I replied and told themvthey must have made a mistake. I have always paid for my purchases straight away and I have never returned anything or made any complaints.
So I am shocked that I have been accused of this.
It has really upset me.
And I have sent multiple emails requesting an explanation for all this. Yet i still have not received any answers or explanation.
