“I agree with most of the reviews that it is a scam. I ordered 2 item from 2 different sellers and have not received ether items. You just get the run around trying to track down or dispute or refund. Looks like I’m out $276.21 I will continue with Federal Trade Commission, and with Apple App to get DHGate removed. I don’t recommend buying anything from China, it’s just not worth getting ripped off!”

“Do not use this website!!! Probably I will never know if the tracking number given to me by the seller was fake (it belongs to someone else) or my order was in fact, delivered to the wrong place. (1,000 miles away from my address). When you try to open a dispute, such as "Item not received" or "Invalid Tracking Number" you cannot open a dispute because "the seller's delivered estimate time 2019-12-02" please be patient...."however, the USPS site says today - November 7th - "Item DELIVERED".. The customer support is a JOKE with those useless prompt scripts. DHGate should select better the sellers. Otherwise, nobody else will shop with them again.”

“there's no way for you to get your money back after you've placed the order. DHGate sides with the seller and there's no buyer protection (even though they claim to have one). I uploaded my conversation with DHGate when I was asking for their help to get refund from a vendor named huifangzhou. The vendor promised to refund but they went ahead to process the order. DHGate allows vendors to ignore buyer's refund request and will not help buyers to get their money back. That's their refund policy. I didn't get emotional because of this but I want to post my experience here to warn all the buyers not to buy from DHGate.”

“This site is a SCAM! I ordered more than 10 items because I was new to the site and thought I was getting great deals. What I got was ripped off. I ordered 5 items from seller "tianmaodian2019" who said they shipped my order but gave me bogus tracking numbers. They gave me tracking numbers for packages that have been shipped to states such as IL and CA. Another seller "zhongguopifa998" did the same thing. Another bogus tracking number for something that was delivered to FL. Seller "fashionshoes8886" did the same thing. This bogus tracking number was for package that shipped to OH. I have not received a single item that I ordered. The sham sellers have all closed their sites and turned off their emails. I can't get a response to any emails I tried to send and DHgate won't allow me to open a dispute until after the estimated shipping dates have passed. How this site is still in operation is beyond me. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!”

“I strongly dislike the fact that the sellers gave me the wrong tracking numbers and now the sellers don’t exist. I was so excited for nothing. The customer service is bs. They don’t want to give me my money back offering me 2 dollars. How dare DHgate allow this to go on. So I just said case resolved and deleted the app. PLEASE DON’T EVER BUY FROM DHGATE ‼️‼️”

“Items seems to be delivered to another cities. And when you try to contact the seller it says that store does not exist. DH doesn’t have customer service number or chat. Just and automatic machine that responds simple questions. It was to good to be true.... I feel stupid to believe in scammers like DH gate. I recommend Amazon instead. Serious company with customer service. Money back warranty if any problem or returns. DH GATE you pay and you don’t receive NOTHING!!!!!!”

“Customer service is a Joke. Do NOT PURCHASE anything from Shoppa! My item was shipped to another state. The seller offered to resend. I requested tracking info- they sent me tracking from someone else's order- invalid tracking! What a joke!!! As of today, I have not received my item or any resolution to resolve my issue! Tang-Tang is a computer generated system "they call customer service!" I've never seen anything like this in my life. The government should shut them down for SCAMMING HARD WORKING PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM DHGATE. I WILL make this known on social media as well.”

“DHgate.com went from bad to worst. These sellers on DHgate are freaking dumb Chinese idiots! I have received an order of over $4k from my customers and these Chinese sellers cannot fulfill their commitment / responsibilities. I ended canceling all of these orders. These Chinese a-holes do not belong in the internet.”

“I made an order, but the product after 3 months did not arrive. DHgate.com made the refund, but I paid some taxes and fees where it would be necessary to negotiate with the seller. I miss Amazon.”

“This is not about an order, I am so upset, I have been a loyal customer and a huge fan of DHgate. Then suddenly my card was blocked. I called my bank, it wasn't them. I contacted DHgate and I was told that I am a fraud! I couldn't even begin to get my head around what I was reading. I replied and told themvthey must have made a mistake. I have always paid for my purchases straight away and I have never returned anything or made any complaints. So I am shocked that I have been accused of this. It has really upset me. And I have sent multiple emails requesting an explanation for all this. Yet i still have not received any answers or explanation. Im devastated. Because I really loved shopping here. And customer service were amazing. I can't fault them. They are the kindest, loveliest people i have ever spoken to”

“I ordered a pair of shoes for my grandson a completely different shoe was sent in a wrong size. All effort to get a return and refund failed. They sent me all over the place and nothing ever worked. Pass this place at all costs. You’re throwing your money away.”

“Order something, when i put in tracking number, it was sent to a address that wasn't mine. Left tge seller five messages, no response. DH Gates told me to file a dispute. When I click dispute button it won't let you file a dispute. Please do not shop on the site.”

“One of a shop name "mytcoltd2"I ordered this scarf since Oct 4 2019 10 pm.i sent messages and no reply even once.customer service can't even help and keep saying I have to contact the seller untill the seller says "I agree to refund with .... amount.Suck for real.i don't really mind that amount of money but I just don't feel right that the seller cheated on me and can do to others.i also sent email to safety enter but no reply either.WHAT a WICKED I'm so maddddd”

“Horrible!! Horrible!! Beware awful!!awful!! I tried to shop, but seller was adamant I cancel my order because the price was advertised wrong. Not my fault!!! Tried to dispute and contact DHgate. They never responded back about my issue. They let me know I was refunded because the seller didn't ship out the order. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!! Dhgate this is why you have a 10% only satisfaction rating. I'm surprised tjis company is still in business. Keep up the horrible customer service you won't stay in business. I will do my best to spread the word how really awful this business is. I hope I see the this awful business closes. Beware horrible!!!! Subject to preview so it won't be down loaded. I still have a voice and I'm not going to quiet that I can promise. You had better seriously look into your customer service issues because they are horrible. Only 10% customer satisfaction how do you sleep at night.”
