“Do not buy of DH gate. They have the worst customer service procedure. you can not phone them you can not chat to them online only to a robot. When making a dispute they will ask you to send them a picture for evidence. most of the issue need a video for evidence. I took a picture of the product, they closed case saying the insufficient evidence. I got robbed for buying a mobile phon that did not function. suppose to be a android phone. all it could do is make and receive calls. none of the apps functioned. waste of time and money. “A friend of mine ordered a Louis Vuitton knock off Speedy on August 6th 2019 and she hasn't received her order since then. Seller keeps saying her order is on the way and is in the process of going through customs. The pictures and reviews on their site are fake. Some pictures shown of received items are actually stolen images from people who own authentic luxury good items. And when you go to an item, it will say an order was placed from Italy 3 seconds ago, then it will say Russia, Israel, etc. That is also fake. They just try to reel in the buyer. The only genuine reviews of DHGate you will find is on Google. My advice, save your money and go elsewhere. This site is a scam. If you have a problem the process takes hours the online help is no help I’ve been on the site trying to get my refund for 3 plus hours with no success.
