“Really cheap bad quality merchandise. Misleading by buying New but qhen the seller send me a message they sated copy. I asked for refund as soon as I got my stuff. I took pictures and email them. But if you don't submit sufficient evidence they would close the dispute immediately. I was mislead. They are a third party for sellers in China. I contacted the seller too as the company asked me to. He requested for me to send pictures but there waa no option to submit them to him. It was just a long process. I contacted my credit card company which they back me up with in 24hrs and refunded the credit. The company email me and asked me to ship back the stuff. Do they really think I'm going to be paying to ship these stuff to China? Specially for something that went straight to the garbage. This was back in October and they still disputing with my credit card company. I know better next time. January 2019”
“This was the worst service I have ever experienced with any order I have ever placed! I had ordered an outfit for Xmas. When purchasing it stated the package would be delivered within 2 weeks. I received it a month after the order was placed. Then when I received the order, the outfit ran sooooo small. I ordered an xtra large and it could have fit a child. When asking the seller how to return the item, he never responded. Big waste of money. Beware of this site!!!”
“Tried to buy something and at checkout it said my card info was incorrect. Reentered info and same message. Then i get text from bank detecting fraud. They ran my card 8 times and even though website sd it had faiked it had not failed. They had withdrawn charges 8 times. I got on phone with bank and they were still charging for different amounts. 4 times more than my purchase”

“So, I have been fighting with one of the sellers on Dhgate for almost 2 months now. I'm over it! They sent me a "prom dress" that first off is made for someone who is 6ft tall, it is sewn very crooked, the top is to large! I gave my measurements and they still botched the dress! I have been trying to contact the seller and also managers, but they keep dodging the situation! I tried cancelling the dress before it was even shipped to me, and they told me if I cancelled I would have to pay a material loss fee?! When I asked how much this would be they ignored me! I'm so disgusted with this company! It's going to cost so much more to get it fixed! Very unprofessional and the customer service is a joke! I will never shop on this site again! “I ordered from this website e-cig atomizers from what was a so called highly reputable firm. However the items we received were broken and not manufactured correctly as the bases would easily separate. To make matters worse the items were not marked as fragile and most of them are damage from shipping.
We have tried to get a refund but the company does not provide us with one so far (over 3 weeks now) and i would recommend NOT doing business with the website.

“My young son ordered a $465.11 USD motorcycle fairing from a DHGate seller (Charles auto parts) 11/15/2018. The sender sent the wrong (graphics) item. He has been trying to return it and get a refund for 3 weeks all he gets is the run around from DHGate and the seller. They refuse to resolve the issue. Their customer service "Chat" is not functional. The seller responds with things like "You nice man. You keep, we send you free gift and $50 USD. Or "too bad box too big, look very nice, you make fit" It is an obvious SCAM! NEVER DO BUSINESS with DHGate! I wish he would have seen the 81.94% 1 star reviews before he did business with them. It's a very expensive lesson for a kid. We finally took it up with our bank. We'll see.”
