Purchased a $465.31 USD Motorcycle fairing from Charles Auto Parts. Specified color and NO GRAPHICS. Received fairing with graphics for another vehicle altogether! Been e-mailing back and forth for a month with no resolution. I've sent evidence pictures, Etc. They have responded with statements like "Look very Nice, no refund, we send you free gifts" , "Sorry Box to big, Make it fit" Etc. Finally got ahold of DH Gate Customer Service and had to start the process all over. Still no resolution! I'm out $465.31 This is probably why 81.82% of their reviews are 1 star.”

“I purchase a bag from this seller Lindaoqiou. She told me stock is available before I make payment. After I paid, the price which was USD145, My card was charged USD156. After four days, she told me the item I want is not available and she asked me to take another model. I was very upset because she lied. So I told her I want to cancel my order. She told me to change my reason for cancellation as item not needed which is not true.
On 5th December, 3 days after I told her to cancel, DHgate via my inbox told me the seller refused to cancel but instead proceeded with sending out my item.
Guess what? Yesterday I got the shock of my life when the post office tracking said item left in my mailbox. How could such a bulky item could fit in my mail box?
I went down and guess what I found? A small plastic envelope weight less than 0.2kg with a piece of card inside.

“DHGate has it own Buyer's Guarantee Policy to lure customers into buying since they don't deal with PayPal. Guess what? DHGate's Policy is a P.O.S. because they took my money and claimed their supplier sent me two times the item I ordered, however I still haven't receive anything and it's over 3 months now. I lost $112US.
