Poor poor customer service. Appointments made, then rescheduled from the actual service provider. 10-27 days for an appointment. No flexibility to actually help the customer. Lip service and then they drop the ball. Do Not Buy A Plan from them!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service once the engineer decided my washing machine was past repair. Domestic and General gave me a new replacement without any issues. And very quickly replaced it.

my drier needed a new part, 10 days later they can fitted the part and it needed another new part. so would of had to wait again. d&g got in touch to see if it was fixed, after i explained the wrote it off an let me order a new one. i also paid £10 to upgrade and get a heat pump drier, which is so much cheaper to run. so happy with my new drier and the service from d&g

An immoveable delivery time for the replacement item between 6am and 8am on a Sunday morning was not what I expected. Even then, they didn't arrive until 7.30am.

Replaced the faulty tumble drier promptly with no hassles. Slightly disappointed that the delivery men didn't offer to take the packaging away.

Washing machine broke. Quick for engineer to come to look. Got written off! A quick and easy process to order a new one and had delivered under our like for like guarantee. 100% glad we had the insurance.

Came to bathroom sink blockage left top off the plug which I could not get back on myself so could not use sink, got someone to fix for me.

My samsung American fridge freezer had a few issues and I had quite a few visits from an engineer....eventually it was condemned. D and G got a company to call me the same day and I was able to choose a new American fridge freezer from all manufacturers. I had a choice of about 20 , we chose an LG. No problems with delivery, no issues.....I would recommend.

After 2 weeks of being installed it stopped working. It has a fault which cannot be repaired the engineer came on Tuesday. I have not heard from you yet about another replacement. I paid for one installation and am not willing to pay for another. Please deal with this asap. Thank you

I feel the delay in delivery was far too long. You can order an item and get it the next day but this was to take nearly a week. They then send an inexperienced delivery man despite being told that it needed to go up a flight of stairs. The next date was again 5 days later. They turn up and were again reluctant to take it up a flight of stairs. However this time they did when I threatened to call d&g. Their attitude was not good either because of this.

Washing machine broke down over four weeks ago and still waiting for a replacement. Total shambles had to buy one secondhand. Just not worth taking out the policy cheaper to buy a new machine. Total waste won’t be using again.
