Fantastic service. Managed to get an engineer appointment within a week. Very polite and professional. In the end the washing machine was a "write-off" so I now have a brand new, considerably better quality machine for zero extra cost. Plus, my monthly premium has gone down! Win win and a very happy, grateful customer.

Excellent service from initial call to book someone out to look at our fridge/freezer to the electrician who came out who was courteous and on time. He took some images and said as the inside skin had split it could not be repaired and so a replacement would be needed. Received options the very next day and once selected the replacement, we were able to arrange delivery which also came at the appointed time. Over the moon that we had the foresight to get it covered by Domestic & General

Due to not being able to fix my tumble dryer they gave me a brand new one. Tge delivery was very quick and I only had to pay a little fee for the tumble dryer. The service was very quick and I'm happy to be with domestic and general.

Customer service was very poor, too many phone calls and too difficult to speak to anyone. Delivery ok, shame it didn’t include plumbing in.

I have had a policy with D&G for a number of years. On a couple of previous occasions we have had to make a claim for repair to our range induction cooker. Unfortunately, the cooker recently developed a fault. The engineer was quickly sent out. Following his visit, we were informed that the cooker couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced. D&G sent us a list of new cookers to choose from - some an updated version of our cooker and some an upgrade which we could choose with a small contribution. Within a week the new cooker was delivered and fitted. I cannot recommend D&G highly enough for the speed and ease which they dealt with this.

My washer dryer was serviced many times including drum replacement. In the end it was written of and all the "similar specs" options I was given was far lower and price and specs. The best options that I had was specified as upgrade and I had to pay extra for it. I the end the brand and model I selected have extended manufacturer waranty of 5 years if purchased in the shop, but because it is a replacement I have only 2 years. No bother, if it brakes after manufacturer waranty just will buy a new one, no point of insurance

When our main oven could not be repaired we were informed we could chose a replacement. We did. The replacement was ordered but when ordering it stated no installation or removal/ recycling? I queried this with D&G and was assured once ordered we would receive an email from the supplier offering these additional services. They contacted us to offer the additional service but then informed us they didn't have any engineers in our area to carry out the installation? Basically washing their hands of a service we were told by D&G they would supply. Had we known this we wouldn't have ordered the oven from this supplier instead first place. We have had to find an engineer to carry out the installation. They don't recycle the old oven! Very time consuming and frustrating to say the least! We will now have to arrange the Recycling independently!! 😡

D&G have been taking the money to insure my coffee machine and when it broke down and multiple phone calls later they found they couldn't get it repaired! Hence they had to replace it with a new one. I'm not impressed with their service too much hassle.
